We stayed 2 nights I n a room with 3 twins beds and a dresser. The beds were comfortable. The room was warm. They said we would share a bathroom but didn't mention it was across the parking lot. This place also has camping, RV spaces and cabins. The hot springs were fantastic! There are private tubs available, too. The... More

The pond is worth seeing. It's without a doubt the biggest hot spring I've seen. The campground/hotel area is very clean and well kept. My biggest complaint is that we were unaware our room was an annex, aka trailer, divided into four little squares for four different travelers. There are no bathrooms in the rooms, but instead a community bathroom/shower... More

We came out here to enjoy the hotsprings and that we did. The water in the pond was plenty warm and the staff checked the temprature often. The area around here is beautiful, filled with long views. We stayed in the rentable 5th wheel which was pretty ok, I wish were allowed to cook in there, but we had our... More

The campground is nice and roomy spaces, and the hot spring pond is completely amazing with open skies and a million stars in the desert sky. Also I'm not sure how many people can stay at one time, there were at least 50 people this weekend but there is one mens room and one women's room for the whole campground.... More

If you cancel your reservation they will charge you 25% ... Even with a 2 month cancelation! Why should I have to pay a 25%... Is the hotel that cheap that they have to keep my money and can't credit my credit card... 138.00 ... I hope you can keep your lights on this month...

Stayed one night at Crystal Crane Hot Springs in our trailer. The gal who checked us in was friendly, professional and made sure we knew all about the resort. Our RV spot was a pull through, narrow and not very level which surprised me as it would have been a very simple matter to ensure all spaces were level. The... More

We have driven by Crystal Crane Hot Springs twice and never stopped. Last weekend, it was cold, so we decided to go check it out.It is out there!! Twenty-seven miles from the small town of Burns, Oregon. Cost was just under $5.00 for day use access to the pond. The pond is shallow on the edges, about 8 feet deep in... More

This was my long-awaited first visit to SE Oregon, and the trip and the scenery and the hospitality did not disappoint. I can only speak for the rooms, and as many other reviews have already mentioned, your expectations must be realistic. This is a remote location. If you haven't been here before, it is quite a bit more remote than... More

We stayed 2 nights in our RV. We were in spot#1 so we had wifi, which was a plus certainly not a requirement. The hot springs and stars were the reason we stopped and will return as circumstances permit. The staff was just fine, explained all the services available, and we had a nice time.

This is the BEST place to stay EVER. You can tent, RV, they have cottages, and rooms. It's set on a very nice large mineral springs pond, 101°F all the time. The staff is friendly, the pond is amazing. pack up the car, bring the kids , or not. get in the RV or not just get here.....
