The room had all the amenites you would need - microwave, small fridge, 2 stools/dining table and sofa. Nice little courtyard with bistro table. Pretty view. Bathroom could use a good cleaning - floor, toilet and shower. Large sink in bathroom with granite top.

Stayed in cabin 4- nice set up, but couches noticeably sagging. The king bed has a cool design, but for some reason the left side of the bed, like the couches, had a large indentation on the left side (closest to the door). Bathroom has an updated vanity, but shower was moldy, and walls definitely needed to be wiped down/repainted.... More

Our lodge room was fine, not overly clean - but fine. When we alerted the staff of leaky sink, we were advised to "just throw a towel down, we'll fix it later". By "later', he apparently meant after we had left. Nice little property, but if you expect to eat anything anywhere, you're going to travel. Not so much as... More

Came up for a weekend of fishing & mountain biking with the kids, very centrally located to lots of outdoor activities. Stayed in cabin #1, very comfortable & pet friendly! Nice large dinner table that all 6 of us were able to comfortably share, more than enough dishes & towels for all, love the full kitchen & bbq! Mike &... More

Stayed here to ride the incredible McKenzie River Trail- an amazing experience. The place is very cool- old headquarters for the Forest Service. The cabin we stayed in was, I think, the supervisor's cabin or something and it was like a cool place out of another era. Close enough to the river to hear it at night. Shuttle service was... More

Myself and two buddies stayed here a couple of nights mid-August during a mountain bike tour we put together. Cris put us in a 3 bedroom cabin that was perfect for us. The kitchen was equiped pretty sparten, but we had what we needed to whip up a dinner for both nights. Our beds were comfy, the cabin had a... More

Chris from Mckenzie River Mountain Resort was a huge help to me and made my trip to the MRT trail. He went above and beyond to locate a fantastic santa cruz high ball for me to rent and use for my solo ride of the MRT trail. With out him, this trip would have not happened. I was coming from... We decided last minute to ride the 26 Mile Mckenzie River Trail and called the McKenzie River Mountain Resort for some advice and room rates. They arranged a shuttle for us and got us into one of their cabins. It was much appreciated to have a great shower following the long ride. The staff was very helpful and even gave... More

Let me start by saying that the second we arrived we experienced genuine hospitality. Id previously called and spoke with a man named Phillip with questions about the resort. He was very helpful, patient, and kind over the phone. When we arrived he greeted us at the front desk. He was full of warmth and information about all and everything... More

My husband and I recently stayed here in their cabin. It was a nice place. There was a lot of hiking nearby. Loved the reservoir and the river. It is quiet and quaint. If you suffer from back pain, I would recommend sleeping in the bunk beds as the queen bed was too soft for my husband. The couch was... More
