I guess I was expecting more, since the word "Inn" is in the name. This is a nice hotel - don't get me wrong. Just not what I expected. We had a king suite overlooking the river, which was fine. The room was large and clean. Was relatively quiet. Pros: close to everything, trail to river, ample parking, friendly staff.... More

Hello Purplelotus, Thanks for your feedback, sorry your experience did not meet expectations. The Pine Ridge Inn & Suites does not try to portray itself as a vacation rental, but more of a boutique hotel property with unique offerings and amenities for our guests. We offer filtered water upon request, and we are more than happy to accommodate any meal... More

We stayed here in January and at that time knew that we would want to return in the summer. It is even nicer in the summer than winter but can be counted on to have a warm welcome and great varied breakfast. The staff is very helpful and attentive. We arrived late on a Thursday night and received a phone... More

We introduced ourselves to the state of Oregon at this wonderful inn. I dont know how many nice things I can say about it. The staff first of all, were outstanding. From the front desk to the housekeeper to the cook and wait staff, we were always treated as their most favorite people. The room was appointed beautifully. We had... More

I would absolutely recommend Pine Ridge Inn, and plan on staying again myself! It's a small and quiet place, only two stories and not a ton of rooms... perfect for a couples' getaway. I booked a Deluxe Canyon View Suite, and the view from the private patio is amazing. I could sit out there for hours. The room was almost... More

We rented 2 rooms side by side rooms 103 and 105 for 2 days for a Special family vacation. The River Views over looking the water are fantastic from our 2 rooms! 103 had blackout curtains which was nice and 105 didnt have curtains just wooden blinds. The rooms were spotless and had 2 stairs down to a living room... More

We stumbled across Bend and the Pine Ridge Inn while traveling north to Washington from Yosemite. The Inn is quite lovely, sitting just above the beautiful Deschutes River. We were welcomed by staff member, Sarah, who offered us a complimentary glass of wine or craft beer at check-in. The room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable.... More

You can be confident in this location for your stay in Bend or to pop up to the mountain. I was in town on business for a conference and brought one of my employees and he thought his room was very nice as well. Nice finishes in the rooms and the views of the river is nice. If you're looking... More

My wife and I were driving north from Crater Lake and got a room here using a "last minute hotels" type of app. The room was normally $175, I think, and we got it for $130. I am usually a pretty cheap guy when traveling, so at first was grumbly about a room over $100 . . . but then... More

Yes it's a bit off the beaten path but still close to town and all the attractions. The room was lovely, the staff as well. The welcoming glass of wine appreciated. Breakfast was just right. And the bed was very confy. Our room had a lovely view of the river. There is a Brew Pub across the street and lots... More

GPS took us a couple blocks south. Hotel knows about this but hasn't done anything. Comment was, we give accurate directions on our confirmation. Not a very good answer. Other than this bad start, room was lovely and large with a fireplace. Breakfast was good. Pastry to start and then one of two choices for main course. Hotel overlooks the... More
