We needed a place to stay, having found most of the places in Redmond and Bend sold out. This place still had rooms so we checked in. The lobby was attractive and promising, the room was pretty basic. Still, the towels were nice and thick, there was a fridge and microwave, it was clean and the service was good. My... More

this wasnt a great hotel/motel but it was alright,,i thought the front desk clerks were a bit rude and lied about only having 2 rooms left especially when hours later i heard them taking reservations for that evening...rooms were clean but the beds were crappy as were the sheets and towels,,definitely could use an upgrade but the prices were reasonable...our... Worst hotel ever! Bad service. Front desk gave me key, went to room to find NO BED, NO FURNITURE, NO VANITY empty as can be. I returned to the front desk and the guy rudely switched my room. We walked to the next room, lights DIDNOT work, outlets didn't work, couldn't charge my phone! Smoking room (I am an asthmatic)!

When I arrived, the staff had trouble finding my reservation, but after they did, check-in went quickly. Our room was a good size with a table and chairs to use. Plugs for electronics were not hard to find which is helpful. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom floor was not completely clean. The sheets seemed very thin as... More

First off I did not stay at the motel. I walked into the office to find two women at the front desk. No smiles, good morning or cheerful greeting. It was obvious that the one standing was training the one sitting at the computer. My comment about whether it was the staffers first day was met with a smile and... More

Very hard to find Hgwy 97 Bus closed on way into Bend, detours not very well posted, its also hidden behind a gas station. Check in was good and the lobby is good. The room we had was next to the stairwell so it was noisy. The room well it had a flat screen tv, microwave, fridge and coffee maker... More

This quiet motel is located at the north end of town convenient to grocery and dining offering most reasonable prices. Very basic accommodations with comfortable bed, mini-frig, flat panel TV (limited channels - no ESPN or GOLF) and microwave. Wi-Fi is included with steady signal. A modest complimentary breakfast is included featuring good coffee, assorted muffins, cold cereal, hard boiled... More

We were warmly greeted at check in and told the outdoor pool was 80°. Although our room was on the 3rd. floor and there was only one elevator, we had no long waits. We did have to go through an inside hallway to the outside to access our room...a little odd. The room was clean and comfortable; nice having a... More

Stayed overnight on the way to a camping trip. Great staff, clean room and bathroom. Room good size and Wi Fi and breakfast included. Thanks to the front desk and manager allowing me check out late to use my room for my conference call. Would stay again
