This is a great value considering how expensive Bend can be at times. The rooms are basic but clean. A/C-heat system is one of the quieter we have encountered which is nice for sleeping. Very convenient location to downtown, restaurants, shopping, gas, etc. Pet friendly with some large parks nearby for more running room. Breakfast is ok-waffles, eggs, cereal, biscuits... More

Went to Bend for a wedding, so made reservations in advance. Reserved three rooms and was told our rooms would be beside each other as requested. One room was on the first floor, one on the second and one on the third. Ended up with two rooms on the third but not near each other. Some rooms had hairdryers, some... More

There was dirty hand prints on the walls, behind the bathroom door was filthy, there was coffee stains on lids, we found a BB lodged in the wall by the bed. The sausage gravy was not warm and the milk was not kept cold.I would not recommend this place pay a little more or make reservations somewhere else!

This motel had a restaurant, Shari's, and a convenience store in the parking lot. We had an outside room. It was clean and had reasonably comfortable beds. There was a fridge (with no freezer) and a microwave in the room. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was fine, but we felt like we were walking on top of one... More

We needed a place to stay, having found most of the places in Redmond and Bend sold out. This place still had rooms so we checked in. The lobby was attractive and promising, the room was pretty basic. Still, the towels were nice and thick, there was a fridge and microwave, it was clean and the service was good. My... More

this wasnt a great hotel/motel but it was alright,,i thought the front desk clerks were a bit rude and lied about only having 2 rooms left especially when hours later i heard them taking reservations for that evening...rooms were clean but the beds were crappy as were the sheets and towels,,definitely could use an upgrade but the prices were reasonable...our... Worst hotel ever! Bad service. Front desk gave me key, went to room to find NO BED, NO FURNITURE, NO VANITY empty as can be. I returned to the front desk and the guy rudely switched my room. We walked to the next room, lights DIDNOT work, outlets didn't work, couldn't charge my phone! Smoking room (I am an asthmatic)!

When I arrived, the staff had trouble finding my reservation, but after they did, check-in went quickly. Our room was a good size with a table and chairs to use. Plugs for electronics were not hard to find which is helpful. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom floor was not completely clean. The sheets seemed very thin as... More

First off I did not stay at the motel. I walked into the office to find two women at the front desk. No smiles, good morning or cheerful greeting. It was obvious that the one standing was training the one sitting at the computer. My comment about whether it was the staffers first day was met with a smile and... More
