This hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Don't bother with their breakfast. It was small packaged muffins, English muffins, and instant oatmeal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It is only a few blocks from a grocery store.

We have visited Bend many times over the years to visit our son, and have stayed in numerous hotels (and VRBOs on occasion. This time the Econolodge had a nice deal online, so I booked there for the first time. I called while we were still on the road to ask if we could check in early, and were accommodated... More

I actually booked the trip for my roommates as an anniversary gift and was very glad I chose Econo Lodge. I called down to the location the day before check in and talked to Christine (I think...don't quote me) and explained why they were coming down. She immediately asked their room preference and assigned them a room with an incredible... More

This property seems to need routine maintenance in many ares such as plumbing drains do not drain well. Bath rooms could use more grab bars. Staff does not seem to be very attentive to duties. For example, I had a reservation for two nights but clerk only registered me for one night on check in, this caused problems with the... More

The hotel room was very clean, very comfortable and very affordable. I'll book the same hotel next time I'm in town. It was easy to find, right off the main drag; and had easy access to surrounding sites. Staff were accomodating as well.

Next door to an excellent restaurant Kayo’s Dinner House & Lounge. Nice clean room with King-size bed. Clean windows and bathroom. There is a window in the bathroom! The carpet had some stains. Breakfast typical for Econo Lodges.

We wanted to be positioned to visit Crater Lake the following day, so Bend Oregon was our destination for the night. The name Econolodge pretty much says it all. A basic hotel offering clean and adequate accommodations with few frills. The room itself was large enough to be comfortable, and was equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, and hair dryer.... We always stay at budget accommodations, using the money saved for other things than sleeping! And this one is fine all around. Manager Rhonda especially helpful, cheerful, customer-service oriented. Really like the location: Walk to river, downtown, Safeway.

Pleasantly surprised by the great king size bed after a long day hiking up South Sister, 10,358'. The mattress was a Simmons and better than the one I have at home! The towels were soft, the AC was quiet, the carpet clean, and the best part was the on-property restaurant, Kayo's... it was excellent! Ate on the terrace overlooking the... More

Customer service was very poor of this motel. We wanted to receive a bill after our stay and they could not give us any referring that the travel agency needs to do that. Room was clean and decent but nothing special. Carpet could have been more clean.
