We stayed in a room that had a king bed, suppose to be one of the better ones. First thing is when you don't smoke and there is a smoking area outside your room it stinks. When we opened the door the room smelled musty. The room LOOKED clean but then there wasn't much light. All of the lights were... more

Nice rooms, but heater made loud pinging sound all night, even after we turned off the main control. You could also hear traffic noise. Not a restful night. Also, bottom fitted sheet did not fit properly and by morning was very uncomfortable. more

Stayed here for a week at the start of March. The hotel is simple but nicer than many equivalent rated motels I've been at in the US on previous holidays. Winter (off season) it was never more than 1/4 full. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us to rearrange delivery of some lost luggage after the... more

My husband and I stayed at the Bend Red Lion on Valentine's Day night. We were spending the weekend with my family for winter sports and brewery tours. Our room was large, comfortable, and convenient. The wireless internet was fast and reliable. The complimentary breakfast included a wide variety of foods including a waffle making station and breakfast burritos as... more

Nicely appointed room with soft pillow-topped bed, granite sink countertop, fridge & microwave in room, cookies in the lobby when you arrive, & continental breakfast with fresh waffles & sausage the next morning included. Also, the staff was great. I had trouble with the HVAC, and they handled that nicely. All in all a pleasant experience! more

When we stayed here, they were doing some light renovations, so there was constant work going on. The place was dead, no one else was staying there. It also appeared that some people lived at this hotel. For the price, you can do a lot better. more

The room was nice enough, there was only one wierd thing - the floor was really wet by the window but it wasn't a huge problem for us. The hotel is by some train tracks and the trains going by did wake me up a couple of times. It wasn't a bad place, but because of the noise it wasn't... more

At first glance it looked like an average a little hotel. But that was not the case. When I walked in the room I was amazed by how different it was inside and it was a good thing. I could tell they were just getting situated into this place especially when the new Red Lion sign was put up the... more

Upon check-in, we were barely greeted with a hello. We had booked our room until Saturday, but when we checked in we found that the staff had us staying only until Friday. We advised them of this and they said they would correct this error. Later on Friday morning they still had us checking out on this day. Upon talking... more
