Just stayed here for a work trip, working long and crazy hours. Staff was always available to help us out in a pinch, with checking us in last minute and after hours. Janeen went above and beyond to make sure we had food even though we left before breakfast. It was really thoughtful!

We had a great experience. They greeted us on the marquee, answered questions timely and professionally whenever we called, were incredibly organized upon are checking in, and the rooms were immaculate. I recommend this to any team traveling to the Bend area

Stayed there while skiing Mt. Bachelor, great small hotel, large,comfortable, well appointed room equipped with micro wave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Close to downtown. Excellent continental breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, burritos and much more. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

This was a Christmas trip; great decorations and roaring fire in lobby a plus. Breakfast options excellent. Beds comfortable and room size/furniture perfect. Location ideal. Staff very accommodating: "shout out" to Victoria, Cassie, Juan, and Michelle!

We booked this hotel last minute (we couldn't get enough of Bend!), and were able to reserve a 2-queen, premium room. This motel...not a hotel....is a dump! It is old and run down. The room was dirty and the bathtub was too dirty to use. Yuck! The floors were dirty as well. The outside of the buildings was rotting away. Unbelievable! For $140/night it is an overpriced lodging. I can't believe that Red Lion allows their name of this joint.
