When we opened the door to our hotel room, we smelled cigarette smoke even though it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. Maybe the carpet is old. The room could probably use a remodel. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The bathroom was nice and updated but the shower head should be replaced. We liked having... More

I know that everyone will think that way but it's like apples and oranges. You just get amazing service, complimentary breakfast and it's priced right (especially when you have children). This trip we didn't get to use the pool because we arrived later then usual but it was easy to find, the front desk was amazing... can't say enough about... More

Very spacious room, with comfortable beds. Dark and quiet at night. Staff was helpful and friendly. WiFi was the fastest of any motel I've ever stayed at. Two sinks was a luxurious touch! Refrigerator was quiet, with a relatively large freezer compartment. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit (melon and pineapple). Highly recommended!

Not only was the room comfortable and clean, but the staff was very pleasant and helpful too. Of our many stays this place had an outstanding continental breakfast. Everything was fresh, tasty, and constantly monitored so that the food was always replenished as soon as it was needed. The person in charge did a wonderful job taking care of all... More

The staff here in Bend were above and beyond what I expected. The pool was absolutely my favorite place here... including the resturant connected to the property (check out the bears). Again, amazing staff and great food with generous portions. We did have a dirty tub in our premier room but it was taken care of quickly and we were... More

Nice clean place. Was very comfortable there. Would stay again. Staff nice. Room was not ready so got keys and went out. Back by 9pm. Room ready and cold. Heater a bit confusing, but overall enjoyed stay. Breakfast comes with room and was plentiful, but average.

I arrived somewhat late in the evening and had a little bit of a wait to check in as a large group was checking in before me. I was pleased by how friendly the staff was at check-in; she apologized for the wait and didn't charge me for the water I wanted to purchase (a small but much appreciated gesture... More

The hotel was a great value. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was central to everything in Bend. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on activities nearby!

As one who used to live in Bend, we suddenly needed to be out of our home for several days over a busy holiday weekend and needed a hotel room that accepted dogs. Many local hotels were already booked and we looked at The Red Lion. As a motel, I honestly didn't have high hopes. I wasn't anticipating having to... More

The hotel is obviously very dated and in poor physical condition. Not what I would expect from Red Lion. The bathroom sinks were in bad repair and barely worked, the toilet rocked on the floor and was very dirty. There was actually a lot of hair (human/pet?) on the duvet covers on both queen beds in the room which was... More
