We really enjoyed our cozy, comfy room with the luxurious king size bed. But most of all, the innkeeper, Amy, was fabulous. She was so helpful and friendly and did a wonderful job preparing delicious afternoon snacks for the wine hour as well as making very good home-style big breakfasts. We had the good fortune to stay at the Lara House for 2 nights on a recent trip to Oregon. This Bed & Breakfast is perfectly located just a few blocks from downtown Bend and across the street from the park and river.
