Greeted pleasantly when I arrived. New pillow-top mattresses in all the rooms, quite comfortable. The continental breakfast available consisted of English muffins, small cartons of orange juice, coffee, and maybe something else. A little sparse, but for the $50 I paid for AARP rate, I couldn't complain. more

Customer service was great. From upgrading our room to a double just a few hours before our arrival, to getting new batteries for the remote and borrowing an iron - the front desk was friendly and ready and willing to help. For a night (or maybe two), this isn't a bad place. By Bend's standards, it's a cheap place to stay. It has an outdoor pool which we didn't use. It has a small outdoor spa. Nice place to soak and have a beer. The room was clean and amply sized. more
