LIKED: big, comfortable bed with lots of pillows; nice sized room; air conditioned; good hot breakfast; close to freeway and shopping area; microwave, fridge, coffee maker; indoor pool and jacuzzi. DISLIKED: thin walls; no elevator; disinterested staff; dirt and dust in the corners of the room. BOTTOM LINE: would stay here again, but not for the price I paid.

There is no elevator in this hotel. They made my handicapped mother climb to a 2nd floor room even though they had rooms available on the 1st floor. I will never stay in a Quality inn again ever.
