After checking in we went to our room and just outside our door they were doing some minor maintenance work which was fine but the smell of smoke was apparent. We thought it was the worker but as soon as we opened the door it became overwhelming. So we immediately went back to the front desk to let them know.... More

I was thrilled when we first got to our room and it was clean and smelled great. From a previous experience with another Extended Stay in Texas, I was keeping my fingers crossed. The first night, I found one tiny flea, but didn't think much about it until the next day, when walking into the room to the bathroom a... More

I spent 7 weeks at this property between the end of April to mid June. The property is in close to most of the major attractions / restaurants in the Hilsboro / Beaverton area. In addition, it is also a short drive from downtown Portland. The rooms are basic and efficient. The kitchenette is also equipped with basic cooking vessels... More

Pretty much as expected. Had to ask for kitchen stuff. Rooms were not serviced during stay but I'm guessing that's the case unless requested. Not much eating within walking distance. But a very nice park within 400 yards.

Thank you for your recent review of your stay. We appreciate the kind comments about hotel and the rooms; however, I apologize that the staff didn't let you know about the restaurants in the area. Just a few minutes away by walking, there is a small strip mall that has 5-6 nice restaurants in addition to an IHOP and McDonalds.... More

They advertise "fully equipped kitchens" however there is nothing in the "kitchen" except the stovetop, a microwave, a non-working refrigerator, and a dish towel. Nothing to cook or eat with, no coffee pot and nothing to drink the coffee from if there had been coffee pot. There was no clock in the room, no night stands to put it on... More

There is not much within walking distance to do or eat unless fast food is acceptable. Rooms were not that clean and minimal towels and soap, etc were provided. We had asked for a room refresh and it never happened. Breakfast options were minimal--packaged muffins and coffee and instant oatmeal. Internet was slow. I have stayed at other Extended Stay... The room was clean and ok. Just needed a place to sleep. Nothing in the kitchen to cook with or eat on. The Free WiFi was so slow it would even load a page. The walls were thin you could hear everything going on next door. But it served the purpose of a place to sleep.

Truely the worst night ever in a "hotel". We booked a Queen bed; arrived & it was a Full size. FD argued with me bed was Queen; really? Obviously two of us can't sleep in that tiny bed! Room oferwhelmed by Curry smell also He forced us to pay for a King bed ($15 more). No accommodation for false advertising.... More

nice room - could use a light by the closet and some hooks in the bathroom. we stayed in an end room -350. Though it seemed like a busy road, after 10, road noise was light and we were able to sleep with windows open.

The place is nice and clean but you can hear everything going on around you. Doors shutting, horns honking, alarm clocks in other rooms ( which I can hear going off a couple rooms away as I type this). Wifi is very slow. However it was the more affordable place in the area. A few minor maintenance issues. Beds are... More
