We were touring the Oregon Coast and decided to stay here. The views from the deck/balcony were pretty amazing, but unfortunately that's about the only thing this hotel has going for it. The rooms were extremely dated (think formica and linoleum) and the very conspicuously undersized HDTV was obviously a half vain attempt to keep up with the times. Add... More

Where do I begin?? Well we came to check out this part of the Oregon Coast after driving down from Cannon Beach and enjoyed seeing the large rocks in the ocean. It is obvious the sea gulls enjoy sitting on them also. Unfortunately that was the best part of Bandon and we should not have spent the night anywhere here... More

I stayed here several years ago while on a business trip. Based on the experience and fantastic ocean view, I decided to come back with my wife. The room in the Vern Brown addition was nice, clean, with a comfortable bed and large enough for the two of us. Fireplace is an added bonus. Screens on the deck door would... More

I stayed two nights off-season rates, and intentionally chose the newer, more expensive rooms in the Vern Brown addition. Room was large for a single queen and clean although the layout was funky (fridge and coffee in the sink/dressing area). Shower was hot and view excellent, balcony roomy. That said, there were no screens in the window or sliding door... More

This hotel is nice but really needs some updating. It was rather odd to be in a room without a flat screen TV. The bed needs a new mattress - very uncomfortable. The nice thing about the room was the size and arrangement. The fireplace was nice and the ocean view was lovely and peaceful. As another reviewer stated there... More

Room 192 ~ This was a WONDERFUL room and our favorite place on our long motorcycle journey. Very large room, comfortable bed and the views were fantastic. Jeremy at the front desk was very helpful for place to eat. We wanted a restaurant in walking distant and there is Lord Bennett's literally across the parking lot and a few steps... More

You can tell this is a family run small time operation as the outside maintenance is lacking in that they need to paint due to being on the beach front. The room was very nice, fireplace was great. Microwave and refrigerator were in the sink & dressing area? Kinda odd but ok. Remember...this is a beach area. Plenty of parking... More

I needed 8 rooms on the first floor as we were on motorcycles and the staff was very accommodating. We ended up only needing 5 of the 8 rooms. The patio opened to a lawn where the group was able to sit around have a cocktail and talk without disturbing anyone. The rooms were large and comfortable with a gas... More

It was a little difficult for us to find. Maybe more or bigger directional sign. The room was great. It was cozy, with a fireplace and a couch in front of it. The beds were comfortable and I didn't have to go through my usual ritual of trying to get the pillow comfortable. We had a nice view of the... More

Our room had 3 adults, 2 queen beds. At first seemed pretty good what with the gas fireplace and all, but when I went to bed is when I realized that both beds were sunken in the middle. Typical of worn out mattresses. My wife and I had to sleep on each side of the bed to not fall into... More
