I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past year (for an annual ski trip) and always have appreciated the value for the dollar. The staff has always been very helpful, and the rooms have always been clean. The hotel looks a bit dated on the outside, but the price and cleanliness more than make up for it. Plus,... More

This Best Western was lower quality than other Best Western's I have stayed. Everything was outdated. The lighting in the vanity was horrible 1970's era box green flourescent that flickered (like in a horror movie). The 1980's style wall heater is very loud and turns on and off all night long. The beds are of low quality, bouncy and uncomfortable.... More

Upon arrival exterior looked okay. Check- in was easy. Walking into the hall you'll notice old musty smell. Room was painted mustard color and was EXTREMELY dirty!! Bathroom floor was covered in (unmentionable) hair. Long hair on edge of tub and show wall. The areas where carpet met wall had lots of I cleaned debris. Chair in room had ground... More

Best value in town for the price. Very nice front desk people. Very nice historic town. A lot of history in Baker City. And Haines, OR is not far away which has a lot of Western history as well. Nearby is are old gold mining digs in the Mountains to the West.

We were not forewarned that cable was out, only four stations were available. Refrigerator and microwave were unplugged - discovered next morning my insulin was not refrigerated. No lid for ice bucket. Drape over foot of bed was badly stained. Low water pressure. Lines were plumbed backward - tilted knob left - couldn't get hot tater at sink. Went to... More

We love this place! It's been around for a long time - early 1980s from outward appearances - but is completely up to date inside. Most recently we asked for a ground-floor room and got one with a sliding glass patio door (complete with double security locks). Because we had a lot of luggage to unload and bring in, this... What a snooty front desk clerk!!! We've stayed here many times and this clerk was by far difficult in her hideous polite way. We paid for 2 adults 1 child breakfast included 2 queen beds room and she took her time giving us what we paid for and kept asking "ok, but I have a question", with everything! So why... More

The rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets were quite thin. People at the front counter were friendly and efficient both at check-in and check-out. My only concern was the lack of teas and tissues.

After my 19 ft. class B RV hit black ice about 50 miles east of Baker City, I had it towed to Baker City for repairs, which took 8 days to complete. The staff at Best Western Sunridge Inn were all very warm, welcoming, and kind. The room was spotless (the carpet was so clean that I could walk around... More
