I agree that this is a very classic American Motel experience. The room was a little scarey what with a crying baby next door and a dog and cat on the other side however at 9:30 everything went quiet. Room was clean and straight with fair to good linens. No A/C and none was needed by me this night. What... More

Clean, great staff, quiet, yet close to downtown and good restaurants. Excellent value and good breakfast in the morning. I would stay there again. It is not to far from the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, which is not to be missed.

The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet (and we found ourselves in the midst of a motel full of folks in town for a classic car convention; the parking lot looked like a museum of American automotive history -- these folks apparently come as a group every year and stay at the Bridge Street Inn, so they must be... My dad and I were on a weeklong motorcycle trip and we were both pleased with our stay at the Bridge Street Inn. The staff is friendly, there were fresh baked cookies while we were getting checked in. There was a hose, bucket, soap, and towels available for motorcycle riders to use which is thoughtful. Good location, within walking distance... More

This is a slightly out-of-the-way motel not far from downtown Baker City. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy, and well provisioned with all the standard amenities. It's worth going downtown to stay there. It would get five stars were it not for the fact that I found the Internet to be somewhat dicey, which in my (professional) opinion... More

This motel is located in the older part of town. It's an older motel The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It's great for motorcycle riders, truckers, and being by yourself. Price was great and would probably stay there again if traveling alone. It's not fancy but it works.

This is an old fashioned motel, patronised by truckers and travellers, families and couples. It is astonishingly good value. Everything worked, the people were relaxed and friendly, the situation perfect. Baker City is a treasure, in itself and this motel is the jewel in its crown.

This was a crazy weekend!!! There was a bike race going on, so we got one of the last rooms. Very clean, nice people and great doggie area! No air conditioning! Heard lots of noise, bell tower & train with the window open. Great breakfast also!!

Booked rooms for relatives. Ended up grabbing a room instead of a cab home. Great people, clean rooms. Just a fantastic place to be. The staff is friendly in the am at breakfast. They know the area and suggest some great places to hit for lunch. Although I already knew where to eat, it was nice that they didn't lie.

We stayed here for a total of 2 nights, 1 each way. The first night we thought we would get in at 6:00 but ended up rolling in at 11:30. We called ahead to say we would be there late and the guy told us no problem, he would leave the key in a drop box and we could check... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Bridge Street Inn was built in 1957 and orginally known as the Hereford Motel. It was renovated in 2005. We provide 40 exceptionally clean rooms with comfortable pillow top mattresses in bed sizes double, queen and king. There are 10 brightly lit hallways that lead into four rooms in each hallway, two on the front and two on the back. Approximately half of the rooms have tub/shower combinations. There are rooms with one (Queen or King) or two beds (Double or Queen). The hallways provide additional privacy and extra warmth during the winter season as the entrance doors do not open directly to the parking lot. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and ceiling fan. Most of the rooms now have flat screen televisions. We provide Wifi at no cost to our guests. There are outdoor barbeques and picnic tables available to our valued guests at no cost. We have ample parking and can provide for those towing trailers. There is a paved walking path beginning on Bridge Street that leads to the other end of Baker City. There are parks and dog friendly areas along the way and the path runs along side the Powder River. We do accept pets and there is a pet area onsite. ... more   less
