Very disappointed! We always stay in Hilton Brand hotels. This entity is sub par. Our room was smoke free, but reeked of smoke. The room needs repairs. For example, the ceiling was sagging from a leak and the carpet was buckled from needing to be replaced. Staff is great. Air conditioner is cold.

Awful. My wife and I stayed here and wanted to discourage others from choosing this hotel over others that are comparably priced and likely to be far better. TV required a maintenance visit, the iron almost destroyed our clothes, ironing board was stained with food and something less pleasant. And this is advertised as a luxury hotel. Hahahaha. Buyer beware... More

The Embassy Suites was beautiful and had a happy hour going on when we arrived. We have a light dinner at the terrace restaurant and went to our suite the living area was great the bedroom was also wonderful, but, the bath was the outstanding feature we will remember. My family and I stayed here for a weekend to get away from the home until our real vacation comes along later this summer. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a bunch of fun. I recommend this hotel to others and I believe they will enjoy their stay as well.

It was an excellent place to have the convention. Everyone from DeAngelo at the front desk to Jim who helped with the banquets and Heather in the catering sales department was excellent. I would host another convention there anyday. They did everything we asked.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Check in staff was friendly. Our suite had plenty of space for the 5 of us for a week long stay. The kids liked the pool with its warm water. Every time I stay at this hotel in Tulsa, Ok they over bill me. Last time they over bill me by $1400.00 This time it was for 2-days but it cause me $100.00 in over draft fees. Every thing else is wonderful but you better pay in cash
