This is the best place to stay in Tulsa. It's historic building is wonderfully preserved. The Chalkboard Restaurant is excellent. The staff is always friendly & professional. It's service that you can count on. The rooms are roomy, clean, have modern services & have some character. The Ambassador is not just another cookie-cutter hotel. It's a first class operation. more

My daughter & I stayed at the Ambassador when our original hotel overbooked, and graciously arranged accomodations for us there. We were there to attend the PBR, which was only a few blocks away. The hotel is downtown, in an area fairly deserted at night, but we felt safe being out . We were warmly greeted on arrival, and offered ice... more

Well, a three room deluxe suite for $154 and free limo service for your entire stay is hard to beat. This is a pleasant boutique hotel with homey and efficient service in the downtown area. I stayed for three nights in May 2007. My faxes (and all my requests) were handled efficiently, the car service was outstanding and the room... more

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was spacious and very comfortable - more like a bedroom in a home. The staff was prompt and courtious. They provided a local shuttle service (in a town car) that was very convenient. The location is a bit remote from downtown, but easy to get to... more

We enjoyed two nights in one of the hotel's suites overlooking downtown Tulsa. This consisted of a bedroom, living room and very spacious bath. Lots of light from the operable windows in this corner suite... very clean with comfortable furniture and bed. WIth only seven rooms or suites per floor, this hotel is very quiet. One word of caution. While... more

From the minute we arrived we felt pampered. The ambiance of the hotel lobby was wonderful. The staff were amazing and personable. We requested a bottle of wine after the restaurant was closed and it was brought up by the manager himself. The executive room was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was understated but plush. I... more

Everything about this hotel from the staff's knowledge of its history, to the service, to the comfort of the room was truly a remarkable experience and well-worth repeating at a future time. more
