All employees were nice and friendly except the night shift guy. He never smiles. other employees have great personality and very good in what they do. Laura is the best with great smiles all the time and friendly attitude. P lease keep it up great hotel. The breakfast on sat morning no egg.

hotel was recently updated. great amenities (internet, breakfast, pool, fitness area). staff was friendly. plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Hotel was located in a safe, clean part of town. highly recommended

Not your typical Hampton. Squeaky beds, grouting in bathroom looks cheap and the shampoo and soap bottles would slide off the shower put up shelves. Have to pay $4.95 for their WIFI, so I used the hot spot on my iPhone. I asked the lady about HHonors and she said I would have to call someone. Served hard, cold biscuits... More

Nice hotel - great location - clean rooms....But... Breakfast is not worth the trouble. Area is very disjointed -- had to go find coffee in opposite end in lobby. Very poor selection, mediocre at best. If it were my hotel, I would not bother providing breakfast if no more of an effort was going to be made...

This was a great place and close to the family that I was visiting. Everything was in good order. The heating system was very loud when it came on, about every 30 minutes. So loud, it would wake you up. They need to get that changed.

What a great property, so many resturants within a mile. This property is well maintained and staff have a very good disposition. They make you feel at home. I will stay at this property any time I am in the area!

Staff are good and room just OK. Complimentary breakfast is poor. Mold around bathroom tub. We did not receive room service on our first day. Person checking us in seemed reluctant to provide extra pillows when requested. I will try a different hotel next time in Tulsa/Bixby.

Everything and employee's were wonderful, polite. Great size of the room, stayed over Christmas Holiday and everyone was great. Pool was clean, We loved it and will be back. large breakfast area and a wonderful sitting area with a fireplace

My family was very happy with this hotel. We arrived late and the staff had us checked in within seconds. All facilities were clean and in great condition. Thank you from me to Phil the Manager here!! I have stayed at many hotels over time, and have come to prefer the Hampton Inns for the consistent high quality of my stays.
