Nice hotel, clean large rooms. Completely clueless front desk staff. Couldn't recommend restaurants and couldn't give directions. Had never heard of a popular restaurant that had been in business for nearly 40 years. In a multi-story hotel one of the front desk staff argued with me insisting the hotel didn't have any stairs. Concierge desk was only seen staffed once... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of your stay at the Renaissnce Tulsa. I apologize that the front office staff's knowledge of local establishments did not meet your expectations. We pride ourselves in being able to help our guests discover local favorites nad certainly need to know when we are not meeting that goal.... More

This hotel is impressive on the outside and the location is great, right off the highway and close to the mall. The last 3 times I've stayed there, my check-in experience was horrible. Marie checked me in twice, both times it took her 3-6 minutes to check me in but felt like 10 minutes, which is completely uncalled for. My... More

I am in a hotel almost everyday due to the nature of my business. The Renaissance is by far the best in Tulsa! There are things that need to be updated here and there, but the staff always exceeds my expectations and does little things to make me feel special. When it comes to hospitality, that is something that wins... More

This is a decent hotel that I found to be highly overrated based on the reviews I had heard prior to my arrival. One person kept telling me about the glass elevators; if you have never been to a hotel with a glass elevator the views the atrium you may be impressed but otherwise it is not that impressive. There... More

This is a very good hotel. My checkin was relatively non eventful and the staff was friendly. I received a quiet room - right next to the elevator. Not Quiet! There is a lot happening at this hotel so it is quiet considering it is a convention center. Ask for a room away from the interstate. The hotel interior is... More

I travel to Tulsa about 6 times per year for business and almost always stay at the Renaissance. It is a nice hotel for business and also it is a great location. They have updated some of the rooms (mostly on the 9th floor for Marriott Gold and Platinum Members) but it can be hard to get on that floor... More

I travel for a living so I have plenty of experience of hotels where people know how to 'do' service: They know what to say when I have a request. . . they know what to say when I have a complaint. They will get me a cab. Often I'll notice one of them who seems to be really enjoying... More

We stayed one night at this hotel in mid-November of this year. We booked it on Priceline for a very good price....but I would not pay full price for this place. It is very clean, neat, etc but I think it is over priced (if you pay regular price). It is very close to lots of shopping. The beds are... More

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend while I ran my first marathon. While the city was unaware of the event, the hotel had all the info I needed. The staff knew the area well, was able to get me discounted cabs when needed, and most importantly, was there with a pint when I wobbled in from the race. The... More

Clean, comfortable hotel with Atrium lobby concept. My only complaint is that you must be 21 to sit in bar area with parents.. Our thirteen year old son wanted to watch football and SportsCenter while we ate in the bar. There aren't any other tv's in public areas?!
