Wanted a one night spur of the moment get away 20 miles from home and found an online rate of $118 for king room. Included breakfast for two so I talked the hubby into it as our anniversary was in two weeks. Check in was with a very sweet young lady who asked if we were traveling thru Tulsa to... More

We used Priceline to get our room here for $50 which was a bargain considering the rack rate. We had a room on the eighth floor facing east. The view wasn't very good. I would recommend a western facing room to be able to view Tulsa. The rooms were very clean. The restrooms were exceptionally large and well-stocked. The staff... More

just stayed here this weekend.read all the reviews, and all the good things i had read were true. it's a really nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. room was clean and comfortable. it was very roomy, well-lit, and fresh-smelling.(this hotel is all non-smoking, so that is probably the reason) i had read about the road noise(this hotel is right next... I was in Tulsa for business and stayed at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel. The check-in staff was pleasant and professional. They didn't have the king room I reserved available, so they asked if they could put me in a double (no big deal since it's only me). To compensate me for the switch, I got free Internet for my stay.... More

I've stayed here at least a half dozen times. It's a nice hotel, but rather dated. It's built around a large, attractive atrium with a pond filled with catfish and carp. There's a Starbucks near the bar. (Well, at least they sell Starbucks coffee, lattes & etc.) I go elsewhere for breakfast. Located near shopping and good restaurants. Some of... More

Nice hotel, clean large rooms. Completely clueless front desk staff. Couldn't recommend restaurants and couldn't give directions. Had never heard of a popular restaurant that had been in business for nearly 40 years. In a multi-story hotel one of the front desk staff argued with me insisting the hotel didn't have any stairs. Concierge desk was only seen staffed once... More

This hotel is impressive on the outside and the location is great, right off the highway and close to the mall. The last 3 times I've stayed there, my check-in experience was horrible. Marie checked me in twice, both times it took her 3-6 minutes to check me in but felt like 10 minutes, which is completely uncalled for. My... More

I am in a hotel almost everyday due to the nature of my business. The Renaissance is by far the best in Tulsa! There are things that need to be updated here and there, but the staff always exceeds my expectations and does little things to make me feel special. When it comes to hospitality, that is something that wins... More

This is a decent hotel that I found to be highly overrated based on the reviews I had heard prior to my arrival. One person kept telling me about the glass elevators; if you have never been to a hotel with a glass elevator the views the atrium you may be impressed but otherwise it is not that impressive. There... More

This is a very good hotel. My checkin was relatively non eventful and the staff was friendly. I received a quiet room - right next to the elevator. Not Quiet! There is a lot happening at this hotel so it is quiet considering it is a convention center. Ask for a room away from the interstate. The hotel interior is... More
