This is a decent hotel that I found to be highly overrated based on the reviews I had heard prior to my arrival. One person kept telling me about the glass elevators; if you have never been to a hotel with a glass elevator the views the atrium you may be impressed but otherwise it is not that impressive. There... More

This is a very good hotel. My checkin was relatively non eventful and the staff was friendly. I received a quiet room - right next to the elevator. Not Quiet! There is a lot happening at this hotel so it is quiet considering it is a convention center. Ask for a room away from the interstate. The hotel interior is... More

I travel to Tulsa about 6 times per year for business and almost always stay at the Renaissance. It is a nice hotel for business and also it is a great location. They have updated some of the rooms (mostly on the 9th floor for Marriott Gold and Platinum Members) but it can be hard to get on that floor... More

I travel for a living so I have plenty of experience of hotels where people know how to 'do' service: They know what to say when I have a request. . . they know what to say when I have a complaint. They will get me a cab. Often I'll notice one of them who seems to be really enjoying... More

We stayed one night at this hotel in mid-November of this year. We booked it on Priceline for a very good price....but I would not pay full price for this place. It is very clean, neat, etc but I think it is over priced (if you pay regular price). It is very close to lots of shopping. The beds are... More

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend while I ran my first marathon. While the city was unaware of the event, the hotel had all the info I needed. The staff knew the area well, was able to get me discounted cabs when needed, and most importantly, was there with a pint when I wobbled in from the race. The... More

Clean, comfortable hotel with Atrium lobby concept. My only complaint is that you must be 21 to sit in bar area with parents.. Our thirteen year old son wanted to watch football and SportsCenter while we ate in the bar. There aren't any other tv's in public areas?! More

This is a very large hotel that looks unassuming and non-descript from the outside. Inside the lobby is large and has comfortable seating for working or visiting. The room was comfortable with a nice workspace. The bathroom was small, but functional. There is a bar which also serves a variety of Starbucks coffee drinks in the morning. Breakfast in the... More

My wife and I were very pleased with the amenities, service, and maintenance of this hotel. We even enjoyed the hotel restaurant and ate there at least once for each meal of the day during our three day stay. However, unless you have a convention package or some other discount, the room rates are a little on the pricey side. More
