Although the hotel advertises that it gives local calls for free. The phone was turned off because I booked through Expedia. When I notified the front desk that there was an emergency (my Mother was dying), I had to run to the front desk to leave a credit card number. Gross! The hotel is very run-down and dirty. The elevator is disgusting and the Days Inn in front of the hotel looks like a crack haven. The area is just torn to pieces (it looks like there used to be a go-cart track to the side but it is all a ruble and concrete now.) BTW- don't ask for anything... more

I haved stayed at Baymonts before and was very disappointed with this one. It was rundown, dirty and in need of some TLC. There was a sign posted at the desk about breakins to cars - I was shocked to see the back door was taped open. I guess the lock was broken? With theft problems it did not seem... more

The staff was very nice and the rooms are very simple with a little fridge. The pool was small but nice with bushes around the outside fence for great privacy. My only complaint was that the comforter smelled like something that i probably shouldn't say. We called the desk but they told us they had no other comforter available. So... more

We stayed here two nights while visiting relatives for Christmas. Baymont wasn't fancy, but it met our needs. It was clean and in a convenient location. The price was right. I would stay again. more
