the last time i stayed here, they didn't call me back for lost of same thing in the room.i was not happy about it at all, i call front desk to see if anyone have seen the shoes in the room.no one call back from housekeeping.since 2012

Stayed here with family on the way to Woolaroc in Bartlesville. The staff was super friendly. Indoor pool was good for my nieces and nephew. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free wifi. Added breakfast to the room. It was cooked to order, and was VERY good, as well as a sweet waitress. Price was good. They also offer parking.

The lobby was very nice and a great first impression! However, the room was somewhat disappointing. The TV is small, the hotel it self smells old for the price of the room that was paid. Also, the bed is extremely firm. I woke up sore the next morning.

This is a standard HGI- if you're familiar with the brand then you know what to expect. (previous poster- they never have manager's specials or free breakfasts at HGI, unless you're a hhonors member) It's close to the airport, meaning it's right next door. The hotel is very convenient as it is located well within walking distance of the airport. Have stayed here a number of times and I am sure I will again. Stayed here due to early flight out of Tulsa the next morning. Very average property. They had young baseball players and familes booked at the motel. Lots of noise, tying up the elevator, running the halls, etc. Pretty good breakfast. Really not good or bad but served the pupose of saving time getting to the airport.

Other than being extremely close to the airport, it really wasn't worth the money. I've stayed in better hotels for less money than I spent there. Not mention breakfast was $10.95 and it wasn't great either. However, the staff was helpful and really nice.

poor value. there are better hotels for less money in the area. Embassy suites is a much better value than Hilton garden in the Tulsa area. I do not think I will stay at Hilton again. It seems as thought you have to pay for everything at this hotel. No included breakfast, no managers recption. ect.
