This historic hotel has been thoughfully modernized while offering a mid 1900's retro experience. We stayed in the Rose Bowl room, named after a former bowling alley on Rt. 66 and decorated with, among other things, bowling pins. The king bed was very comfortable with good pillows and a bedspread with good weight for those who like to sleep under... More

You said everything for me. I really appreciate it. Hope you come back soon, and let me know you are here, and I will make sure you get French Toast for breakfast. It's my favorite too. Barbara More

I drove past this place and didn't even imagine I had resreved a room based on the TripAdvisor reviews. The neighborhood is marginal, and the structure looks like a rundown old retail building trying to maintain some level of respectability.Well, they are succeeding. The room I stayed in was nice but cosy, not a businessmans corporate layout, but managable. Good... More

I guess quirky may be a good word for us. We are on the National Register of Historic Places. Sometimes people don't understand that means you cannot change the facade of the building, and we have grown to love it the way it is anyway. While restoring all the historical significance, we managed to provide all the modern conveniences, like... More

This review is based on THIS stay. Let me start by saying I love the hotel. It's historic, it's fun, and I will stay again. Still, I must be honest and say exactly what happened when we were here. First, I made my reservation by phone and was told my first choice of a room would be available for only... More

Thanks for the nice review. I apologize for the confusion on the reservation. We had a cancellation for the Route 66 suite and that is why it was empty when you arrived. Had we known you wanted it, it would have been yours. We will do a better job when you come back. Thanks again. Barbara More

On RT. 66, walking distance to University of Tulsa, food and bar, with plenty of parking in the back. This old yet modern hotel, takes one back in time with the decor, hard wood floors, and antiques. The rooms have Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, stylish bath, wet bar with mini-frig, microwave, Keurig, and the clothes closet is large. If a... More

I stayed at the Campbell Hotel in December for two nights on business. I had never heard of this hotel, but it was highly recommended by a colleague. I was not disappointed. Each room has a theme, and is actually decorated with nice furniture, pretty bedspreads and drapes. The rooms also have a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and a nice... More

Can't wait to have you back. I saw your tag OKSooners. Did you get to check out the Crimson and Cream room? If not maybe next time. We celebrate Oklahoma and Tulsa history in our 26 rooms. It's fun. I'm glad you enjoyed. Hope to see you soon. Barbara More

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding before we left for our honeymoon and loved it. The bathrooms and rooms are VERY nice and so well decorated. Additionally, we got a free breakfast at Maxwells the next morning. The Campbell hotel is unique and a great hotel for Tulsa. Hopefully the area around will start to grow soon!

The area around is revitalizing so quickly it is hard to keep up with. Midtown Tulsa and Route 66 is a great place to be right now. We love it. And we are so glad you found us and were happy with our little honeymoon suite. Thanks so much for the nice review. Maybe you'll be back for an anniversary??... More

A real keeper. Every room different in style. From gaudy to western to modern. Plus breakfast included! Nice dining area and huge bar downstairs. Also have a nice intimate cocktail bar off the lobby. Breakfast can be a little slow, could use a little more help on weekends. Located walking distance to the University of Tulsa campus and football stadium... More

We have just returned from a weekend stay at The Cambell Hotel, it is a beautifully restored hotel, all the rooms have a different decor that has a Tulsa theme. We stayed in the Gilcrease Garden Room , which was quite nice and had a little separate sitting area. The Campbell Hotel is located close to The University of Tulsa... More

Weddings and receptions are just some of the fun we get to have at the Campbell Hotel and Event Centers. Hospitality includes helping people out when we can, and we enjoy being able to. We enjoyed having your wedding party stay here, even though the wedding was off site. We couldn't ask for better guests. Congrats to the Bride and... More

I've stayed at this hotel twice so far. Once was the night of our wedding and once was this year after the Kings of Leon concert. When I first stepped into this hotel my mouth just fell open because this didn't look like a hotel at all. I was fascinated with every detail from the gorgeous hard wood floors, the... More

We really thank you for that wonderful review. And your appreciation of the hotel and its history and quirkiness. One new thing. The Lunar Eclipse room you stayed in has changed names. It is now called the "Oklahoma Legends" room, and we celebrate Oklahomans of all kinds who have become famous for some reason or another. We changed the decor... More
