We have stayed here many times. Always friendly people at front desk. Helpful and efficient breakfast staff. Ample parking. Nice lobby and business center. Convenient to 169 hi way, South Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Bixby but no amenities in the immediate area. Clean and quiet. Will stay again when in the area.

Nice hotel very clean breakfast was average like every other free breakfast. Hot tub was more of a warm bleach bath, I think I burnt a couple nose hairs while in it. Room was clean and well taken care of, however our lock on our door had some issues. Then there was the 2AM noisy neighbors. The doors in this... More

Our first trip to Oklahoma so we had no clue what to expect. We booked online and went by reviews and pictures. We are very picky when it comes to Hotels but this hotel was perfect for us.The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was beyond friendly on every shift . We were really impressed by the dayshift front desk and... More

We stayed here using points and found the property to be clean, comfortable and accommodating. Even though it didn't seem to be close to anything there was a bike trail just on the other side of parking lot running all the way to downtown...we didn't go that far of course. The breakfast was as expected and the room was kept... More

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were amazing. However the front desk and gm were not acommadating at all. We visited tulsa for a specific company who has a room rate negotiated. The gm and front desk would not honor both rooms at the negotiated rate. They gouged us on one room and gave the correct room rate for the second room.... More

The hotel is new and so is certainly clean. The rooms seem smaller than other Fairfieds we have used. When we checked in, the manager (Bryan?) said that since we didn't book at rack rate, he would not honor our elite status and give us a King room instead of 2 queen. I have never been told that at previous... More

Our original hotel overbooked and sent us to this Fairfield Inn. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. The staff helped finish our check in with ease and worked with us for the rest of our stay. We decided to finish our stay in the Tulsa area at this hotel. It took one worry away while at a... More

We called ahead to see if there was a King Suite available. The Manager went out of his way to meet our needs as did the Front Desk clerk. This location is less than three years old and is across the street from a hospital. Next to Interstate but didn't hear traffic at night. There aren't any restaurants in walking... More

Pool is very small but indoor. Rooms did not have mini frig or microwave. Only one elevator was working. Overall outside of above, the place was clean and the breakfast was adequate. Marriott could do better job matching Silver member guests, with their preferences. The front desk never commented on my status with Marriott and did not put me on... More

I have stayed at many Fairfield Inns across the country, and this is one of the best ones. It has the advantage of being new so has nice showers, TVs, etc but it also has a friendly staff, a better than average breakfast and a convenient location just off Highway 169. Yes, the address is confusing as the property actually... More
