We stayed here using points and found the property to be clean, comfortable and accommodating. Even though it didn't seem to be close to anything there was a bike trail just on the other side of parking lot running all the way to downtown...we didn't go that far of course. The breakfast was as expected and the room was kept... More

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were amazing. However the front desk and gm were not acommadating at all. We visited tulsa for a specific company who has a room rate negotiated. The gm and front desk would not honor both rooms at the negotiated rate. They gouged us on one room and gave the correct room rate for the second room.... More

The hotel is new and so is certainly clean. The rooms seem smaller than other Fairfieds we have used. When we checked in, the manager (Bryan?) said that since we didn't book at rack rate, he would not honor our elite status and give us a King room instead of 2 queen. I have never been told that at previous... More

Our original hotel overbooked and sent us to this Fairfield Inn. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. The staff helped finish our check in with ease and worked with us for the rest of our stay. We decided to finish our stay in the Tulsa area at this hotel. It took one worry away while at a... More

We called ahead to see if there was a King Suite available. The Manager went out of his way to meet our needs as did the Front Desk clerk. This location is less than three years old and is across the street from a hospital. Next to Interstate but didn't hear traffic at night. There aren't any restaurants in walking... More

Pool is very small but indoor. Rooms did not have mini frig or microwave. Only one elevator was working. Overall outside of above, the place was clean and the breakfast was adequate. Marriott could do better job matching Silver member guests, with their preferences. The front desk never commented on my status with Marriott and did not put me on... More

I have stayed at many Fairfield Inns across the country, and this is one of the best ones. It has the advantage of being new so has nice showers, TVs, etc but it also has a friendly staff, a better than average breakfast and a convenient location just off Highway 169. Yes, the address is confusing as the property actually... More

We spent the night at the Fairfield Inn in Tulsa. The stay was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet even though they had a large number of High School Students staying there for a conference. The breakfast was good with a plentifully assortment. Over all a very good motel stay. The... More

Positives: great contemporary decor; responsive staff Negatives: Out of the way location; strange smell in rooms; average breakfast This year we decided to take a short mid-October vacation through eastern Oklahoma and north Texas. During our trip we stayed in three different Fairfield Inns. This was the first. Location, Location, Location - Road construction and other unexpected events delayed our... More

This property is one of the newer models in the Fairfield brand but I'm not sure newer is better. Heads up but not their fault, but most GPS units don't find the hotel address published. The newer properties have double doors and auto open which is a big improvement on the older ones. I think the rooms are a bit... More
