My first time at this Holiday Inn. In Tulsa for the FM concert and just wanted location and comfort. The hotel provided me with both. The executive room was large and well-equipped. Service around the hotel was very friendly and i particularly appreciated the free airport shuttle service in the early morning. So why not perfect? Well, to begin with,... More

Many thanks for your thorough review and comments. As A/C units begin operating again after winter, we do tend to have some isolated issues, which we try to deal with as they arise. We greatly apologize that this was not done in your case, during your stay. The elevator required a part replacement, which, unfortunately, took longer to receive than... More

I love staying in downtown Tulsa, where the art deco is living history. and it's quiet there on the weekend, generally. Notes from this hotel: showerhead low. 11p - 1am every Saturday night, a nearby industrial generator goes, sounds like construction trucks. Every Sat. night, be warned. Beds - I don't usually sleep well in hotels, did here. Each room... More

Thank-you so much for your kind words. We do pride ourselves on our Balcony rooms, comfy beds and of course, Yvonne, who is such a friendly presence at our front desk. We'll follow up and find out what that Generator noise is every Saturday night, for sure, and also have our engineering department look at that Shower head to make... More

We booked our stay for two nights last weekend. The first night was fine and check-in didn't take very long. We didn't get back to the room until after 9pm the next night and our rooms keys wouldn't work. We also thought we heard voices inside our room. We went down to the desk to confirm our room number and... More

Finding a nice hotel room with a balcony is seemingly difficult in Tulsa, but the Holiday Inn City Center did not disappoint. The hotel is either fairly new or recently renovated, and it is connected to The Boulder Grill, which serves lunch & dinner. Because it is downtown, you must park in the connected parking facility. Your room will automatically... More

Conveniently located in downtown Tulsa, my room was large, well furnished, and extremely clean. In addition to the wonderful hotel accommodations, my experience with guest services was phenomenal. After accidentally booking an incorrect reservation, the front desk staff (Joshua Covington) exceeded my expectations of customer service. Without me even requesting, Mr.Covington went out of his way to make several phone... More

The room was small but clean enough, and the location was good if you're going to see a show at the BOK Center, but the service was shockingly terrible. It was mishap after mishap. First upon check-in they tried to charge me $30 more than the price I had booked online. I had to ask for a manager to work... More

Hotel is downtown so the feel is downtown and all that means. Easy access off of highway system. Room was nice and newer and clean. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant doubles as a bar at night so it has that sort of feel to it, but we ate b'fast twice and it was fine, not crowded... More

From dirty rooms, to rude front desk people. This hotel does not cater to their customers. The hotel is not close to anything downtown, and could really stand some room for improvement. The restaurant as well is overpriced for what you get. Would not stay here.
