Had a sudden trip to Tulsa due to a hospitalized family member. This hospital was right across the street, so, very convenient. One big issue though: on 2 days out of 7,the room wasn't cleaned. I did not have the do not disturb sign out.

Dear "horsemom6831" The hotels you describe in your comments seem to be a different hotel than ours. We are not near a hospital, yet we are across the street from the Woodland Hills Mall. The hotel across the street from the hospital is the Fairfield Inn Crossroads. Would you mind confirming the hotel you stayed at? It would be greatly... More

Our room had a smoke odor to it. It was small. The breakfast was fine. The front desk person was very nice and tried to do whatever she could. It was quiet enough to sleep. There were lots of people there for a convention and it didn't seem really busy. It is a smaller hotel.

Stayed here for work and I was not happy with this property. It's run down, dirty and next to some sketchy apartments. This location has no gym, is tiny and totally disgusting. There were huge water stains on my ceiling, stained and ripped carpet and a booger all smeared on the wall to top it all off. On a positive... More

This was my first time at this Fairfield Inn. I am a rewards member because you know they beds will always be nice! This holt is a bit on the small size for a marriott hotel but it was clean and nice. We are staying because our water pipes froze the night before and have no running water in our... More

We are here for Christmas this year. I just want to say from the moment we checked in we have had outstanding service. Suzanne at check in set the pace for wonderful service that was followed up by Olga and Manager Andrea and the rest of the staff. They made us feel at home in a situation where we were... More

Despite recent remodeling, it still seems a bit run down. No real issues to report and staff was friendly, breakfast was OK, etc but if you want to stay at a Fairfield, the one a little further south (Tulsa Southeast Crossroads) is the far superior property.

The F airfield Inn hotel brand has always been a super value in my opinion. I've stayed at several around the country and have always been vary pleased with them. On this occasion however there was one thing that i was not pleased with, its a minor thing but one none the less. The grip i have for this occasion... More

Having stayed 5 out the last 7 nights in Marriott properties, I expected something better than I got. Windows in the entrance and in the room were dirty - both inside and outside. Carpeting was old, as were the furnishings downstairs. Bed was totally acceptable. However, there was only a single place to plug in an electrical device. I ignored... More

The manager is excellent. He helped us get in our rooms early. Breakfast was good and the rooms were well appointed. The rooms are adequate in size. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The location is excellent. Near the mall, Outback restaurant, etc. quiet.

I will leave the usual for/against comments to other reviewers. My stay on June 2nd will be memorable because 2 hours and 100 miles after checking out next morning I realised I had lost my wallet containing credit cards and driving licence. A frantic search of car and luggage turned up nothing. The invoice from my stay at the Fairfield... More
