During our recent stay, we learned that the property is set to close on August 31, 2014, for a complete remodel..... estimated to take 10-12 months. The property is at least 10 years old and needs to update to flat-screen TVs and especially better Wi-Fi service. Wi-Fi was free, but connectivity was so poor on laptop, tablet, and phone that... We stayed here for one night because we couldn't get a room at the casino hotel tower. It was cheaper anyway and we (4 women) were happy with the room. We had a room with two queen sized beds. We were kinda hoping for a refrigerator in the room but, alas, there was none. We were on the first floor... More

This hotel exists for one reason, to provide the basics and that's all. Arrive with low expectations and you'll be fine. Winstar Casino in Thackerville hosted Steely Dan. That's why we stayed at the Inn. A shuttle goes straight from the Inn to the concert at the casino. 4 of us shared a room, and the hotel knew this when... More

Went to Winstar for 2 nights, July 11-12, 2014. Our friends had comped rooms in the South Tower which were very nice. This was our 1st visit to the area and, in particular, this casino. We just could not justify paying over $550.00 for 2 nights, so the reservationist at the casino hotel suggested the Inn at Winstar, "located in... More

The room was average at best and below what would be expected for the price, Check in staff was friendly and very helpful, I found the pool "Nazi's" to be rude and very unfriendly you are confronted about their rules for the pool area which are well above and beyond the posted set of rules and felt threatened by the... It was our wedding anniversary. The so-called "suite" I reserved was definitely not worth the extra money. No refrigerator, no microwave, coffee didn't work. Much cheaper motels--much much cheaper--provide better accomodation. And then there were the "eateries." If you check out the "restaurants" online be prepared for a huge disappointment. They have better places to eat in shopping malls! Tiny... More

We came on a day that some bad weather was coming, so that might be why the front desk person was so short and unfriendly. I had booked a room online, thinking I had booked a non-smoking room. When we arrived, the front desk person said we had a smoking room. When I said that I thought I had booked... More

Upon checkin we had no reservations. Even after verifying we were at the actual hotel told we were right next to the casino. Instead the put us at the Inn at winstar. Aggravation ensued when the offered me the actual Winstar hotel for $10 dollars more. I will pull my card from rivwrwind and winstar and take myself right back... More
