I was worried because of the bad things said about this motel, but my experience was very good. The only thing I saw that needed to be fixed was the carpet could be replaced, The staff was very helpful and the rates reasonable. more

Handicapped travelers beware this is not an assesable hotel handicap room consisted of old shower seat in bathroom impossible to navigate. Flithy and staff is horrible. more

Within 5 minutes of checking in, the experience turned in to a nightmare. My 13 yr. old son knelt in front of the TV & pushed the power button. The TV tilted back, then fell forward, almost hitting my son. I went to the desk to report the incident & was told that a manager would come to my room.... more

I was very disapointed with Americans Best Value Inn. You would think with the other hotels and motels in the area they would be better, but you get what you pay for. The smell, the sheets were old and need to be replaced. I hope not to ever stay at this place again. more

No matter what you do...avoid this place like the plague. I got suckered into it by booking on Hotwire. They had it listed as a 2.5 star !!! That is laughable. The lobby was beautiful..the rest of the place was a dump...filthy nothing worked...desk staff rude..never stay at this hotel....the doors didn't even lock...bad should be closed up...the board of health should close it up.. more
