We recently attended an event in Stillwater which had caused all the local hotels to be booked, requiring us to book ours in Perry, which is about a 30 minute drive. This hotel was the only one that still had availability so I booked two non-smoking rooms. This is a large complex of single story units. We were in the last unit, on the back side. The electronic key cards for one of our rooms did not work, requiring us to go back to the front desk to have them rekeyed. Again, these cards did not work, and again, back to the front desk. Again on the third try, the cards did not work and when I tried to simply call the front desk so they could do the leg work, the phone in our room was dead. Back at the front desk, the staff person stated that the batteries must be dead in the door look and that she would put in a repair call regarding the phone, and then we were offered two more rooms, which were smoking rooms.
