I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago when Marriott owned it and it was a good hotel then. Since then there is new management and it has gone downhill. There was other people's trash on the floor of our room when we checked in. My cousin had mold in the bathroom and torn carpeting. The food at the Bistro... More

Family get togethers were always here. (Mom liked the buffet breakfasts). The staff were always friendly. The pool area is great both inside and outside. Rooms were OK. The beds were comfortable and clean. They try to pretend their building is alright BUT it is old, outdated, and in need of repairs. I understand it is not a Marriott anymore.

Our stay at the Tower Hotel was a blessing to us from our Pastors. After looking at the reviews here, which are mixed, I wondered how our stay would prevail. From the beginning, I emailed the GM of the hotel (he left his email in a prior comment) and asked about accommodating our particular needs. I received a prompt reply... More

First off, the staff and bed were excellent. The young woman that checked us in was clearly overwhelmed but was great at handling things. We had just driven 12.5 hours though so we were ready to settle in. Unfortunately, a large group of young men paraded down the hallway at 1:30 am and then again at 2:30am. We could hear... More

We lucked into this hotel using hotels.com, and I have to admit I was questioning if I did the right thing, but when I got there, I really was impressed. Blake was on duty the first evening we arrived and almost every evening throughout our whole stay and was most helpful. All the staff was! It is an older hotel... More

This has to be one of the dumpiest hotels we have ever stayed in. It's rundown, dirty and the staff is unfriendly. They are not set up for groups. In addition we found lipstick on the glasses in our room! Do not recommend.

I have been staying in OKC several days each week for work. I felt this hotel was serving my needs until I checked my credit card bill. I have 2 different charges for phone calls that they claim were made from my room and for internet. I was told at the front desk that internet at the level I needed... More

Just stayed for one night, but a very nice stay. Beautiful room with beautiful view. Very nice indoor swimming pool with hot tub. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Big comfy bed with lots of pillows. Checkout not until 1200! Will definitely stay again and will recommend!

Not a complete let down but not impressed. Although the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. My complaint is I paid way too much for two double beds, internet you have to pay for, and you have to pay way overpriced prices for breakfast. So we gave our breakfast business to Dunkin donuts. I... More

My husband and I had stayed at this hotel previously, when it was a Marriott, however this time around we were less than impressed. The room size was small and cramped, not a lot of space to spread out and relax, which is what you'd expect in a 3.5 star hotel. The bathroom sink was cracked and there was some... More
