Clean, well kept. A little lean on service there was no one at the bell station or concierge area for quite a bit of time. That was very surprising. Hearing alow volume conversatin through the wall at 10 pm drove me a bit crazy. Bathroom was good. more

$10 Parking/$10 Internet per day is outrageous! The staff explained that the parking garage connected to the hotel is run by the city. In these modern times, charging for internet access is like charging for electricity. $10 is price gouging; their cost is about 25 cents per day. I was told I could use the internet in the lobby, but... more

Check in was ok at best, only one person working at the front desk at a peak time (friday at 5:00 PM. However, once we worked our way to the front of the line, the front desk person was courteous and knowledgeable. This was by far the best part of this trip and hotel. I immediately went upstairs to my... more

We reserved this room through Priceline for $62 a night. After getting the reservation I looked at reviews on Tripadvisor and was immediately concerned about the quality of this hotel, even at this price. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the reservation staff polite, fun and engaging. We were assigned a great room on the 9th floor... more

I stayed here with a group from my college for a few days. The beds were more stiff than any I have ever slept on- I never really got a full night of sleep because of it. The service was very bad. A few people at the front desk didn't seem to know what was going on. We had to... more

I was concerned about staying at the Sheraton after reading some of the recently published reviews (bed bugs???). My room and the rooms of colleagues who traveled with me were on the 12th floor. The room was clean and had new linens and shower curtains. There were no bugs in my bed and I know that because I checked. The... more

So the overall feel of this hotel was ok. It is very close to bricktown which has a lot of restaurants and nightlife. The biggest disappointment was actual bed bugs, which ended up biting my sister and causing her arm to swell up. Probably would look for something a little more up to date. more

We booked this after having a great experience at the Sheraton in New Mexico. Got a AAA rate of about $80. Got in late and holiday meant free parking in easy access garage next door to hotel, usually the bellman explained you have to pay--nonetheless the front desk guy (really a kid) tried to charge us anyway--maybe he didn't know... more

Staff is great and the lobby is impressive. Room was clean. But, parking is a nightmare. Round-and-round entrance to the parking deck is the worst I have seen in 40 years of staying at hotels. Entrance to hotel off parking deck is most uninviting I have ever seen. Hallways are from the 1960s, drab. No 'do not disturb' card, so... more

We were in a horribly noisy room near the elevators and the ice machine on the 4th floor. (I obtained a fantastic rate of $62 per night through Priceline, so maybe this is why they put us where they did?) All night long, we heard loud, rude, inconsiderate 20-somethings stumbling back to their rooms after getting sloshed in Bricktown. At... more
