Pros: State rate-last minute stop-available Cons: Aged, difficult access We called while on the road to Fargo, Nd. Arrived very late and was not there very long. We were put in a room on a second floor wing (?). We had to haul luggage a long way to get to room due to very limited door access. Shower drain very... more

Showed up in the evening and there was a family reunion going and i thought for sure I wouldn't be able to get a room. I was wrong the staff helped me out, gave me a discounted price on the room they had available, but then I found out why. The room was a bit smaller than expected and was... more

I stayed one night at the Holiday Inn OKC North for a business meeting. I arrived the night before my meeting, then checked out in the morning. While my stay was brief, I spent that first evening in my room. The room itself was spacious. Even with a king bed there was lots of room to move around. The bathroom... more

Check-In was easy and quick. We were given bottled water and chocolate for being card members. The room we booked was unavailable so we were "upgraded" to a suite. The room we booked had 2 king-sized beds, which we were looking forward to for out two boys, ages 3 and 11. What we got with our suite was one King... more

We needed a pet friendly hotel - and one that was more accomodating to us because someone in our party had become sick on our trip. This hotel was all that and more! Their customer service was exceptional - very pleasant, professional and friendly. They provided assistance when we needed something late that night and graciously allowed us a very... more

One of the few Holiday Inn's I've been at (other than Express) that did not have a 'real' stand alone restaurant. It's just in the open center of the building, and the bar, ie what they called the 'lounge' had 6 seats. Very disappointed in that. Having a bar/restaurant at the hotels always makes my life easier. Other than that,... more

Stayed here April 19, 2008. Called hotel directly due to some past negative reviews. Was told of improvements and was assured of a better stay than reviews. Pool was nice and warm, whirlpool felt great and worked fine. Pool does not have a true shallow area, so bring floats for smaller children. Breakfast was good, but not great, needing some... more

i booked this hotel by accident. i usually stay by the airports, but somehow selected the wrong location through the web and was unable to change locations when OKC had the big ice storms and people were without power, and people flocked to stay at hotels. the staff was very friendly and efficient, but the rooms are in bad shape... more

We walk into the room and their was a dirty "rag" in the bathroom. The bathroom was 5-10 degrees warmer than the room and it smelt like sewage. We left for a couple of hours and when we returned, the room was 80+ degrees. We ensured the thermostat was functioning and it was. We hit the down arrow and pointed... more
