We booked the Saddleback Inn as we were attending a horse show and this hotel was very close to the fairgrounds. We had no problem with our reservations or check in and found all the staff to be very accomodating! The breakfast buffet which was included had a great selection from fresh fruit to eggs, pancakes and bacon. As stated... more

We had nothing but problems from the beginning. We had a family gathering in Oklahoma City and made reservations 4 weeks in advance for 6 rooms with king sized beds and 1 handicap room. The first problem was that they had let the previous person stay another night in the handicap room and it was not available to us even... more

I use this hotel exclusively now in OKC. Customer service is fantastic. THATS WHY I USE IT! The breakfat bar is great and the rooms are large and clean. Any problems I have ever had, were taken care of immediately, even late at night. Security is good too in the parking lot. A little expensive, but worth it. Very clean... more

I booked the hotel thru the hotel website. It seemed the room was expensive for what it was but their were raves about the breaksfast. It is an older well kept motel and the breaksfast was very good. The room just seemed expensive and I guess to add insult to injury- at check out they added a tax. At check... more

I don't know where to begin. The entire hotel staff was terrific. Checking in (and out)was a breeze and every time I needed something (new key, information, eating utensils, etc.) it was taken care of immediately and cheerfully. Our room was indeed oversized as advertised and CLEAN. Beds were comfortable and changed daily as desired. Swimming pool and hot tub... more

The BW Saddleback Inn was an ideal location to navigate around OKC. The hotel is older but well taken care of. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet in the morning is exceptional! more

I checked into this hotel based on reviews. Once we got to the hotel, we checked into our rooms. We had to go back outside and walk to the end if the hotel and get to our rooms. Once we arrived, we went into the first room, which was on the first of two rooms on the first floor. They... more

Stayed here for a few days during the week. Meridian (main n/s road near hotel) was under construction at the time, but the hotel is still convenient to the freeway and Reno Ave (which go downtown.) Price was right ($79..."corporate" rate.) The south side of the hotel is near the freeway so avoid that side if you want it quiet.... more

We chose the Saddleback Inn because of convenient location for Stockyards City where we wanted to watch an cattle auction next morning. But location for downtown is good, too. Rates were reasonable with AAA discount. Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. The hot breakfast was much above average. Just a wonderful place to spend a night.... more
