Arrived during mothers day weekend for our anniversary, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was full of HS students from across the country attending a rowing regatta. It is apparent immediately upon entering this hotel that it is managed properly. The staff is polite and professioinal, they're dressed properly and wearing name tags. I know that is a small detail, but you'd be surprised how often things like that are let slip elsewhere. Management is visible and accessible, not hidden in the back room somewhere.

Spent three nights at this hotel. Overall, enjoyed my stay very much. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great, within walking distance of the convention center and the basketball arena.
