We have stayed here several times for concerts, thunder games and during my husbands many trips to the V A hospital. The kids and I feel safe here traveling alone, the rooms are clean and room service food is well above average. The best part is the location and the staff is excellent.

Don't stay at this hotel on the weekend, unless you are attending a sports event or concert at the Chesapeake Energy Arena next door. We came in for Eric Clapton concert and it was the perfect location! Check in was easy and quick (Thanks Ashley!). We were with friends and they arranged it for us to be next to each other. Lobby was packed after concert and front desk gave us the tip to go to Tapwerks!
