Friendly service, and clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient location; it's not within walking distance of Bricktown, but VERY close driving distance. There's a little bar, which is great for unwinding, and the free breakfast has many more options than you might expect. I'd stay there again! more

I checked all the reviews before traveling with my husband to OKC. Our room was clean, and the staff was very professional and courteous (with a lttle personality thrown in). The location is good, but you'll probably want to look at a map or call the front desk instead of following internet directions. The rooms and hallways were quiet the... more

The room was ok. I dont think they have remodled all the rooms. My room was "clean", but it still had the old bathroom fixtures. The bed was nice a soft. The lobby was very clean and redone. The breakfast was nice. It had very good food. Waffels and biscuts and gravy. I would stay here again. I am not... more

The hotel hallways are very noisy at night. An intoxicated guest knocked on wrong door at 1:30 a.m. This hotel is located in a bad part of town. The bathrooms are very small and need to be updated, but the beds are comfortable. As other reviewers commented, there are panhandlers up and down the street in front of the hotel.... more

I’ve traveled all over the country on business and I’ve never experienced such a pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I went into Bricktown several times and a shuttle was never more than 3-5 minutes away. When I return to OKC I'm happy to say that I won't have to search for... more

This hotel is called the "Bricktown Hotel", which lead me to believe that it was located in Bricktown. IT IS NOT!! It is 2+ miles away, not within walking distance and upon arrival my husband was concerned with our safety in the area. The website is a bit deceiving. Had the staff not have been so friendly and helpful, we... more

The hotel is under renovation. The exterior looks dated, and is somewhat deceiving as to the interior. However, they said the exterior renovation is due to take place this summer. It’s situated around a couple of in-town travel/truck stops. Well kept indoors. The rooms have a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. Had two bottles of water with it as well. There... more

We made or reservations through Hotwire so I did not know what to expect. We went to Bricktown to look for the hotel and discovered that it was not actually in Bricktown. I was a little concern when we arrived after dark and drove through the industrial part of the city. A vagrant came up to our widow at the... more

Thank you for your most generous comments about your recent stay at the Bricktown Hotel. I'm delighted to know that our team made a difference and participated in the success of your stay. We regret that a panhandler at the intersection approached your car. It is not a problem we encounter very often and apologize for this. We sometimes wish...

We actually happened upon to the Bricktown Hotel, oddly named since it's not actually in Bricktown. They were currently under construction when we wer there, but you could tell they were aiming for a change. They have a Hummer that will run you out to Bricktown, which was really nice touch. The next morning we were looking for something to... more

My stay was great, had no problems with most of the staff except for one - the guest services manager, who I found very unprofessional and unappropriate towards the males in our group. more
