Had a great stay at Bricktown Hotel and Convention Center. The hotel was centrally located to what we had planned to do and everything was just a couple of miles away. Comfortable beds and the service there was excellent. They had a shuttle and the hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Whenever we need to stay in OKC again... More

The hotel is dirty and not in Bricktown. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worste enemy. This hotel has the sleazy truck driver lot lizard feel to it. (It is in between two truck stops) The only positive things are the staff and the shuttle service. Overall just terrible.

First of all, this is NOT at Bricktown but they do offer shuttle service. We couldn't believe this was the hotel - looks ran down & location is questionable. We checked in anyway, as we were there for a concert. We were to have two rooms - 1 with two beds, the other with 1. That was wrong right away... More

I decided to stay here instead of a downtown hotel even though it meant driving to the Cox Convention Center. I'm glad I did. Besides getting a great room at half the cost, I enjoyed friendly customer service. Noah at the front desk was extremely helpful. HL, the shuttle driver, was an instant friend - he has a great personality... More

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and had a bottom floor with the room facing the pool area. Clean. Two queen sized beds, microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron, coffee...used them all. It was nice and quiet, no loud neighbors and couldn't even hear traffic from the freeway. The shuttle was VERY nice for us since we didn't drive. Used... More

my children took me to okc for my birthday. we were expecting something newer the disappointment ended there. the actual hotel is a little dated and could use a little updating. the staff was excellent and were helpful to the nth degree. the brickyard entertainment area was really a surprise. there were many excellent restaurants that would please any mature... Room clean and spacious, convenient free laundry, helpful staff and free shuttles into town. However, other guest where noisy and disruptive at 3am, I think this place is used by a lot of young people hitting the town as it's cheap to come back and stay in. Some security patrolling could of reduced this?! Coffee and breakfast pretty poor and... More

We stay here all the time. Never have had any issues. I would like to see a better hot breakfast and also maybe some type of reward program to build up points for a free night stay. The honey moon sweet is awesome.

A nice hotel, reasonably priced. Although its not really in Bricktown. Its about a mile and a half away from it. The hotel does provide a free cab to and from Bricktown though which is handy. The room was large and very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

I'm a IHG platinum rewards member and all the IHG hotels were sold out so we tried this one out. It was dirty but could use some cleaning up and same with pretty much everything. old carpet but wasn't stained. old paint but wasn't peeling. I could go on but you get the point. I usually pay $160 a night... More
