OK where do I start: At check in the receptionist had her new born baby behind the counter. I thought this was very unprofessional at first but I did not say anything. I then proceeded to go to my room and I wanted to print something from the lobby computer; I stopped there and some kids were using the computer. I waited for 30 minutes then gave up waiting. Later on in the day I saw those same kids with the housekeeper that was cleaning the rooms and the kids were helping her clean the rooms. I thought to myself; this place is out of control. I then had a good nights sleep and when I woke up I saw my bill that the receptionist has slid under the door. BEFORE I checked out I went to the front desk and asked why there was a $150 dollar smoking charge on my bill. I do not smoke now and have never smoked in my life.
