On our first night (Saturday) Connie slipped on water outside of the elevator. The clerk was told 2 times about the water and didn't show any interest in taking care of it or checking on Connie. Great location for shopping and restaurants. It was also easy to get to the airport from the hotel. The hotel was very full the night we stayed, but noise was not a problem.
