While the area this hotel is located in is somewhat sparse, the hotel itself is excellent. They experienced some recent damage thanks to high winds and a nearby tornado, but even with ongoing repairs, our stay was perfect. We could see they were working hard to get the damages repaired immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the... More

I was very tired when I arrived late in the evening and had to wait for an employee to come to the desk. Then they wanted to play guess my name. I just wanted a room and no games. Room was not fancy. Very small TV's, bathtub that had been stained from time, not enough towels. Most of all the... More

The hotel was nice. Nothing super fancy but clean rooms and in a fine location. There is not a lot around the area, though. The front desk staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a pretty good selection.

We stopped here for one night while traveling between San Antonio, TX and Kansas City, MO. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to I-35 and I-240. We visited the Oklahoma City National Memorial the morning after our stay. It was only about 15 minutes away. The Fairfield Inn was much more reasonably priced than hotels in the immediate... More

The check-in staff were very friendly. The neighborhood was well lit at night and appeared safe. The neighborhood is this hotel, another hotel, a Texas Roadhouse restaurant, and a movie theatre. My understanding is that the shopping mall is closed and there is a plan in the future to reopen it. You can walk to the movie theatre, as it... More

We stayed here for a night before a football game. It is very clean and nice. Nothing spectacular but definitely a good place to stay. The breakfast was just ok. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. They are first class.

Little difficult to get to from the freeway, but when you figure it out there are two ways to get to the hotel. I checked in for five nights and was asked if I needed a refrigerator and replied yes. Olivia the clerk found a room with one for me and that was a good, first impression. Hotel is clean... More

This hotel is very clean, everything works, and the staff are great. The front desk clerks and managers are almost creepily sweet, but after the pressure and stress of my job, it's nice to be treated like a VIP. There is no laundry, but they'll give you the key to the Residence behind them, and you can use their laundry.... More

Check in was great! A little hard to find but not bad.. Room was clean with little frills! No microwave or fridge and the room doesn't accommodate the many outlets we seem to need when we travel, but it was okay.. Breakfast looked okay. Bathroom was relatively clean.. A quiet hotel in an area that seemed fairly safe, if you... More
