Because of a nearby hotel that was going to be used by the rest of my family was full, I elected to stay at the Four Points close-by the sold out hotel that I wanted. Just so happened that my daughter was going to check in at the other hotel and because it had listed amenities; pool and cocktail hour... More

After driving the last 150 miles of our 500 mile day in a torrential downpour we were thankful to be at our hotel. When my husband went to check-in they couldn't find our reservation. We had to give them our confirmation number (from Expedia) at which point Dalton acted like we were inconveniencing him. After about 15 minutes they figured... More

I have stayed at this property or have put up family a many of times at this hotel. I have never suffered a service failure like this. The General Manager, Arif [--] lacks the decorum and professionalism that I have come to expect from the brand. I let my mother use my points to stay at the property the day... More

Stayed here over the weekend. The people were nice, great decor, and clean rooms. We really loved the access to so many restaurants and shopping. The indoor pool was nice and clean and loved the spa. It was the perfect place for our friends trip we take every year!

Stayed one night as part of Route 66 road trip. Friendly and efficient check-in. Relatively new build as everything seemed “as new”. Spacious room with amenities though didn’t have a in-room safe. The window was a strange shape in contrast with the height of the wall but this wouldn’t be thing that puts me off booking here again. Really good... More

Stayed here 1 night. Love the decor, the beds were super comfy, coffee was amazing. The pool was nice and warm but unfortunately no hot tub. The beds were perfect and the bathroom door was a little awkward but I would definitely stay here again. Front desk night clerk was super sweet also.

I have to start off this review by mentioning three employees names: Gary LeBlanc, Guest Services Manager, and Patricia Alva / Marissa Nerrera from the front desk. I forgot my sunglasses and was planning to drive around the state. I asked Gary where I could go to buy some clip-ons. He told me and then offered to drive there himself... More

I feel so bad for the ONE guy working at the hotel on a Friday night. The bar was closed (not that we cared, but had to be a money loser for the hotel on a Friday night.) We had trash and stinky banana peels in our room at check-in. You can bet I'll check the sheets. Two lights didn't... More

Very clean rooms and the hotel overall. Brand new by the looks of it. Also there was plenty of food close by. Oklahoma City is a small town, so it is very easy to get from here to downtown (approx 10-15 min).

Stayed here on my first ever visit to OKC. Only had one night and thought this option would be fine (cheap) even though it had distance from the downtown (looked far superior to its cheaper sister property at the airport). The relatively new hotel (3-4 years old according to the front desk) was nice and cozy during the winter fuelled... More
