My brother in law recently passed away while staying there and the manager was asked to gather his belongings by his employer. Well almost everything he owned disappeared ie cell phone, cds, clothes etc . We have contacted police and attorneys and nobody wants to do anything about it . Untimely death and stealing from a dead person!!

this motel is located in a perfect spot a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area, not to far from the airport, bricktown is just a few miles down the road, several things for kids nearby fun park and waterslides. I really enjoyed my stay, even though the weather got bad and several tornadoes touched down around the area,... More

Stayed there 4/19/13. Room was a double bed suite. The beds were VERY comfy and it was nice to have the suite area. Televisions were in both the suite and the bedroom (although they need to upgrade to a flat screen in the bedroom). The continental breakfast gave a great variety. The staff was really friendly. Very much worth the... More

I booked this hotel through priceline so I took my chances. However, from the pictures it looked like a decent place since it was just my husband staying there while working on a project for work locally. He arrived late on a saturday night and there were 30+ people loitering on one side of the hotel. His room was hard... More

The beds are hard with cigarette burns and urine stains on the covers. And half size pillows. The shower heads put out very little water with low pressure. Only 3 plug in outlets with only 2working. Parking spots are limited and very small. Only 20% signal for the wifi connection. Called to see why they said "I don't know what... More

The Magnuson Hotel in Oklahoma City is likely the worst hotel I've ever stayed. For two days, I didn't have hot water, and for one day, I didn't have WiFi. There was an awkward smell in the rooms and lobby. The Magnuson bills itself as something better, but all I experienced was something worse.

The price was good, but it should made us say "You get what you pay for.....kind of". We chose this hotel because it was on the same premises as the convention we were attending. It was convenient, but there were others in the area that were nicer. It was an outside access hotel, so didn't feel as safe as we... More

Staff at the desk not very friendly nor knowledgeable and did not seem to care. They could not answer some simple questions and felt put out that I even asked them anything. Had an old smell to the place. Water was hot in the shower with half decent pressure coming out of the shower head. The bed was adequate, we... More

Stayed here last week, first and last. The lobby stank, the manager was very indifferent about my tax issue and could have cared less. Rooms looked like old outdoor rooms converted. Long halls to outside card keyed doors and of course mine wouldn't work late at nite, had to walk half way aroud building to get in. If your a Ok.... More

We are sorry to hear about your tax situation. Unfortunately, when you prepay through an external site, there is no way of proving your Tax Status at time of purchase. The only way you are able to get your tax deduction is by making your reservation through the Hotel and paying at check-in. We would be happy to have you... More
