ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with the Biltmore Hotel, noisy nasty, and completelydissatisfied. The Hotel is old, and should be torn down. What a shame! The Biltmore was once a very nice hotel. I gave it one more chance. DONT DO IT! Cock roach in bathroom, took forever to get checked it. dead bolt broken on door. Metal pieces on door. kids running up and down the hall. dirty! Booked a King got a double bed - handicapped. no face clothes. OMG

this is a great hotel full service i might add, they picked up my group of 12 at the train station when we made a weekend trip,they have a good Sunday morning buffet also the trolley stops right in front of the hotel to take you to all of the down town attractions 9 verify that)
