This hotel was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The first room they put us in was ridiculous. The very worn carpet was sticky dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed in a very long time. The BROWN comforter had what was an OBVIOUS white nasty stain right in the middle.(SEE THE PIC) So this had not been changed... More

I got stuck in OKC for the night and decided to try this hotel. I called the hotel to see if they had any rooms and to ask for transportation from the airport, about 45 mins later the courtesy van still hadn't arrived so I called again. About 20 mins later the van finally arrived. As I arrived at the... More

Moved to Oklahoma City with my fiance and 5 year old son. Needed a place to stay for a couple of months while we look for a house. We have been here for two weeks so far and we could not be happier at The Biltmore. My son and fiance swim in the indoor pool and use the hot tub... More

1st morning, no hot water, great for showering after 10 hour drive. Then no heat all night, told boilers go on when outside cools down. 45 degrees outside, below 50 in the room. Took 4 requests for maintenance to respond. No help. 2nd morning, luke warm water. Breakfast bar a joke, 4 items, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon. Ran out... More

My wife and 4 small kids stayed there for a small conference at the hotel. The price was good, and our 3 smallest kids got to eat for free (two free breakfasts came with the room). We got there in the morning, and they had a room ready for us very quickly. The AC worked really good, in fact, so... More

Read the reviews prior to going to this hotel and had an idea of what to expect. We didn't have any choice but to stay at this hotel, as it was booked with a very large group. The room we stayed in was pretty crappy - and obviously not one of the nice, newly renovated rooms. The nails holding in... More

While in OKC for a sporting event, my daughter begged me to stay at this hotel because the rest of her team had already booked there. Never again will I book without looking at reviews first!! When we arrived our reservation could not be found. As we waited for the staff to figure things out (which to about 20 mins.)... More

Wow! I have been here for only 1 1/2 hours and it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The internet doesn't work. The people at the front desk are rude and very sarcastic when you call. I did not get my fridge or microwave I requested prior to my stay. It is 12:27 am and my kids... More

This is a second review, as I have been here before, both times with conferences. This staff is fabulous in their willingness to invite, welcome and be accommodating. The hotel- well, I will not go there again. In the fall, when I was there, I cancelled my reservations and stayed across the street at the Best Western. This time, under... More
