Old, dated.Stained carpet, holes punched in doors. Drug dealers and hookers in car park. Brawling, fighting and drinking on stair case. People running along bashing on doors trying to gain entry. Bookrd for three days, left after an hour. Do not stay here.

We had a great time. The rooms were clean and quiet. The service was friendly and upbeat. The price couldn't be beat. I would definitely consider going again. Note:we were a family of five and we stayed two nights.

I was at this hotel for a week. Nobody in this hotel staff cares about their guest. The hotel A/C was down for two days and anytime i tried to call to get something done about it i was ignored. Anytime i tried to go to bed i had to listen to one of the three bars music and if... More

We needed a hotel after a late night international arrival and found the Biltmore Oklahoma City online. It turned out to be a very strange experience. Not only was our stay prepaid, we also had to pay a cash deposit and also a credit card hold once we tried checking in. Never before in all of our travels have we... More

We stayed here during OYE last week and it was awful!! There were bugs in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the bed, cover, and chairs, it smelled like cat pee, mold in the bathroom and the WORST part..... Every time the room up stairs would shower it would leak onto our shower, every time they flushed the dirty toilet water... More

Okay- it's not quite as bad as it was last time. The evidence points toward some steps being taken to try to improve after several changes in ownership. The room in the far, far back was newly carpeted, and only had three maintenance requests, which were fixed. I don't know about the rooms in the front building. The former restaurant... More

The room was clean and nice. The hotel is definitely not a luxury hotel, but it has average accommodations for an economy hotel. The mattresses in our room were lumpy and in need of replacement. The price makes it a good value for an overnight stop.

Checking in was easy, however on our second day our key cards stopped working with no explanation, and had to stand in line again to rekey our rooms with no apology or explanation. Breakfast was available at a cost not free as stated in booking. Also, our vehicle was scratched while staying here, not the hotels fault except the parking... More
