Wanted dinner. Barkeeper heated up a sandwich. No kitchen. They put me upstairs without telling me there was no elevator (I'm old). Lobby under renovation; again no warning. Sub-par heat pump (low on freon or inadequate to the task.) Wimpy shower. It takes 5 points to make one of these stars, so I'm rounding up to 1 star.

The only thing that reminded me I was at a Sheraton property was the bed, otherwise the hotel was run down and in need of repair everywhere you looked. I stayed one night. The staff was friendly. The lobby was in the process of having the floor replaced but it will take a lot more then a new floor to... More

Arrived to the hotel around 3pm to check-in and there was no one to be seen in the lobby or anywhere. A front-desk clerk creepily entered from a back room somewhere, and overall the feeling of this hotel is a bit shady. It is literally in the airport parking lot - so this was nice and convenient. The shuttle does... More

I rated this hotel average vs. poor, because. even though the hotel itself is desperately in need of updating, the staff were incredibly friendly and the airport shuttle runs 24/7. They literally picked me up 2 minutes after I called for a shuttle and the same when I went back to the airport. That is very convenient!! I stayed in... More

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. They are being renovated, however that is no excuse for the rooms to be nasty. The floors of my room were stained. The desk chair was stained and had chunks missing. The bed sheets were stained and smelled. The bathroom was dirty upon check in. The hallways are very dated and... More

My daughter and I stayed here the night before our 6AM flight out the next morning. They have shuttle that runs on demand, and we parked our car at the airport for free until we returned a week later! Can't beat that. They are right at the airport. Staff very nice. When we came back we stayed that night too... More

The good news first: Very close to the airport — you could walk over if you had to. The shuttle is quick and staff I met was helpful and friendly. The beds were OK but a little smaller than advertised. I got a room with 2 queen beds, but I swear they looked like they were actually full sized beds... More

This was truly a nasty place. Sheets seemed dirty, pillows actually stunk. Cobwebs everywhere; nothing good about this place. Noisy too. The free breakfast was terrible, and not free. Tea cost $7.00. I escaped and went to a Holiday Inn Express, which was MUCH better.

Stayed here one night on a business trip. There was no elevator to my second floor room - though staff checked if this was ok before giving me keys - just surprising to have very long hallways and a stairway to get to my room rather than an elevator. My room was clean, and staff were friendly and answered my... More

This is an older property, There are noticeable patches on the wall where the texture and paint do not quite match, but the place was clean. There is no free breakfast. The beds are VERY nice and the staff aims to please. The room is sizable enough, but the internet requires reentry of the password each time the computer is... More
