Of the many Hotels/Motels I have stayed this was the worst experience I've ever had! Took several times of swiping the key card to open the door and even then was hard to open. The security chain on the door fell off as soon as you touched it. The sheets were stained. The electrical outlets either didn't work or sparked... More

Horrible hotel, both chairs horribly stained, carpet was so bad that I didn't take my shoes off. Stains on sheets, towels and blanket. Mold growing all over tub edges, wish I'd had Clorox, their soap and shampoo appeared to be ones they had taken from their hotel trips, glad I had my own!!! The continental breakfast was the worst one... More

We stayed here last year, the place was neat and clean, and had a terrific staff, who was friendly and helpful, this year, we were totally shocked . The guy who checked us in was UNFRIENDLY, surely, bored, and totally didn't give a hoot. Was a bit more interested in his Ipad..the room was adequate,,pillows were horrible.. good thing we... More

Booked in for one night during our road trip and this was the last ABVI of the holiday. Joint 3rd in the 4 we have stayed in with Memphis. The Goodlesvill/Nashville and Little Rock ones were much better. Check in was painless - the guy at the desk was a bit surly and looked bored. Room was adequate - and... More

Stayed overnight on way to destination. Easy on and off interstate. Stayed in 136 in back of hotel but had to park in front. Work trucks and trailers took up all the parking. The walk to our room was kinda scary. Dark parking lot. Not so pleasant neighborhood. Room dirty. It smelled musty and like old smoke. There was a... More

If you don't mind staying in a room that has disgusting stains all over the chairs, beds and sheets then this is the place for you. Add in a lot of mold everywhere and I personally just got up and left.

Not a good experience. The lamps didn't have cords, the coffee maker didn't work and I saw a roach. No thank you. I think the positive reviews were written by employees. And now as I try to submit this review, it says I have to use at least 200 characters. Well, okay, the heater was unpredictable, also. The girl at... More

Thank you for choosing America's Best Value Inn. Unfortunately there are a few things that we can not control, for instance, the boarded up Motel next door. As far as the health food we do not have enough guests that would actually consume yogurts and such so it is economically sound that we do not offer those type of foods. More
