Super nice, polite and accomodating staff. Though this property is under construction the staff and workers do everything possible to not let it spoil your stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a nice extra touch with the white gravy. My stay was enjoyable to say the least. You can not go wrong spending a night or... More

My family stays at this hotel every year as we visit Muskogee and go sightseeing and visit family. We have never had a bad experience in any area of the hotel. It is very clean, the staff is kind and helpful and the pool is perfect. They offer a free breakfast that is very good. I was also excited to... More

Building is in disrepair. Contractors cluttering up the place. Had to move out of my 1st room due to noisie rednecks in the room next to mine. Gave up a king bed on the 1st floor and ended up on the 2nd floor with 2 queens. The screws were loose on the door security latch to the poit that they... More

Very nice Comfort Inn. Bed and room nice and very comfortable. All the ammenities one expects from a high level Comfort Inn. Only problem was that the wi fi connection timed out and threw my laptop off the net every several minutes. I was only there one night so I didn't make an issue out of it. Other than that... More

Although they were doing minor renovations during my 3-night stay, I don't really have any complaints. The room was spacious, with a desk and office chair included. The flat-screen tv was nice, along with a huge selection of channels. The wifi seemed reliable, of course slower during peak hours. Option of pillows made sleeping more enjoyable. The outdoor pool was... More

This inn is absolutely beautiful. Staff are always there to answer any questions you may have and have great personalities. Great location for shopping for restaurants. The breakfast here was no disappointment and the beds were so comfortable. I think we had the best sleep since we left Canada.

We stayed here on short notice during a relocation trip. Travelling with a cat. They advised an extra charge for the cat of $10. OK with us then we saw the "non-smoking" room. Cat could hardly have done more to make the room worse. Cigarette burn holes in blanket, bare minimum quality towels (one per guest), tired décor, worn carpet,... More

This is a former Holiday Inn and is really showing it's Age. I was there in September and the front desk area was torn up with ongoing construction. The pool had been emptied. Parking was funky. Locate your room, locate the nearest outdoor exit and then go park your car nearby. I cannot comment on the regular rooms because I... More

I am baffled by some of the comments made by guest on review and frankly it is unfair to our property and guest friendly employees. 1. Everyone knows that most of outdoor pools are open from Memorial day to Labor day weekend unless you are in Southern California or Florida. Naturally pool will be empty in middle of september as... My father lived in Muskogee, Ok. I traveled to see him several times a year. I have always used Comfort Inn. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers, Doreen Mayerchak. She has become a friend over the years. Doreen has excellent customer service skills. She goes above and beyond to make my family feel right at home.... More
