Reserved a double occupancy for two nights, for a wheel chair accessible room. Both adults disabled and on portable O2. Secured reservation with credit card, arrived after 8:00 Pm. Paid for rooms. Was given a room that was in no way, wheel chair accessible, in fact it was not ready for a double occupancy as only towels for one, in room. The "roll in" shower consisted of a 4X4 shower stall with a couple of grab bars and a bench seat...no hose just the shower head. The stall also had at least a three inch lip to go over to get into the shower. The air conditioner controls had both control knobs removed and one control shaft was broken and spinning uselessly. When I went back to the desk to complain, the clerk at first tried to say that this is what I reserved until I told her that I had already called their national number and had the reservation read back to me.
