I just left Miami after staying for 4 nights. First of all the access cards to gain entry into my room only worked once. So I had to make numerous trips to the front desk to get a new one. This lasted until I believe I saw the General Manager on the 3rd day. She asked how long we were... more

This isn't a Best Western; it's a Worst Western. The carpeting was fairly new, but it had huge ripples in it and dirt everywhere. The bathroom floor had new ceramic tile, but some were broken and they were cut so poorly that they left gaps around the toilet; the baseboard had been put on by a drunk with a glue... more

Bad management! TV didn't work very well, ceiling had HUGE brown water stains. Our restroom was clean BUT needed maintenance done on it. The staff was OK, but the lady manager....well, lets just say she wasn't very helpful and lied to us more than once. Me and my family will be staying some place else the next time we are... more
