We booked this cabin in order to stay close to the trail. Not many rooms/cabins available this weekend due to Halloween and the Fall Foliage festival going on, but this was a treat! The cabin was quaint and perfect for the two of us! We will be back!!

My husband and I returned to this wonderful place our third time and look for many more trips. The owners as well as their wonderful dog will make you feel as family. They keep everything so clean and comfortable for their guests.

We stayed here last weekend and while the owner was VERY pleasant the 'RV park' itself was definitely lacking. The owner had a dog that wandered around unleashed and unsupervised and upset not only our dogs but all of the other dogs as well. There are few trees in the park and most are Cleveland pears which grow taller than... More

We took a road trip through Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma and drove the Talimena Scenic Byway and needed a place to stay. I'm glad we we found this place. This was a cute little 2 bedroom cabin (mobile home) with a queen size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other and a futon in the living... More

Located in a beautiful mountain area at the junction of hwy 259 and 63. I looked up the city of Hodgen on google maps but couldn't find it, it is locatable under Big Cedar. We arrived late and had to wait for the office to open until 8:30 am, but the care taker was great and only charge us for... More

We decided on a whim to attend the Poteau Balloon Festival in mid October in 2014. We decided we didn't want to drive home to OKC at night in Eastern Oklahoma, so we looked for a place to stay. We looked at hotels in Poteau and they were pretty pricey and full up. We then checked a B&B in Mena,... More

Was in area for a wedding and spent 2 nights here. Breathtaking views! We stayed in cabin 3. Full size kitchen with everything you need. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch so the 4 of us had plenty of room. Nice front porch with seating, picnic table, grill and fire pit. Well lit and easy to find. Loved it... More

Recently stayed in a cabin at Big Cedar Cabins and RV Park. The two bedroom cabin we stayed in was fully furnished and was a great choice when visiting the area for our fall touring. The owner was wonderful. He took care of all of our request and was very helpful with area information.

Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend. We stayed in Cabin #2 and you could give it the white glove test. It was so clean. The new owners are very nice. The area was beautiful. Just beautiful. I all be back.

We stayed at Big Cedar R V park for two nights in early Nov. Parked the motorhome there and rode the bike to Mena Ark and over Talamena drive. It is a great place to base out of, quiet, long pull thru spaces with 50 amp hookup and cable. The park is very pet friendly, and Rusty the camp beagle will... More
