We've stayed here several times because of the motel's close proximity to family. It's never a pleasant experience. You get the feeling that the management really doesn't care when you check in. They are not very friendly or welcoming.The hotel's cleanliness has declined over the last couple of years - the last two stays, we found a few dead bugs and a couple of live bugs in the room and there was hair in the shower. The beds are hard as a rock. The breakfast bar is not good - they are almost always out of milk after the first hour, they don't provide any plain half and half for the coffee - just cheap flavored ones and powder to put in very bitter coffee. Just a few muffins in wrappers - nothing freshly made and nothing hot. Bagels, but no cream cheese or butter! The only restaurant nearby is a Dairy Queen. I really hate staying there, but it is the only place near our family so we don't have many options.

What would improve this place: friendliness, CLEAN rooms, better... more
