Room had a toilet that leaked every time you flushed it but the worst part was being locked out of room at 8 am when checkout time is 11 am and was told this is the way they always do it. The place is very old and stairs leading upstairs are rusted through

The basic needs for a place to stay were met, no extras except for a basic breakfast. The water had an unusual smell. I took a shower but was afraid the smell would linger in my hair so I was unable to wash my hair. Bed was good, close to the highway and easy to get to. It was late... More

The Green Country Inn provides a small, comfortable room with the basics. The bed is comfortable and room clean. There is a TV but only expect the basics. The staff are friendly and the Inn is easy to find on highway 59. I would definitely stay here again as an overnight stop.

The rooms are clean and well taken care of. The location is convenient if you want to do some hiking in the Ouachita Mountains, which we did. There is a Sonic Drive-in next door if you need something quick to eat. Great value for the money. I would stay here again.

Well, 7 am without warning our room was barged into by the owners father. When I went to the door no one was there, when my wife asked why someone opened our door She was yelled at by the owners, and when I went there they raised their voices at me as well. They broke the lock on the door.... More

The room was very clean and the price was reasonable. Location was convenient and close to places to eat or get take out. The bed was comfortable and the television had plenty of channels. I had no problems with my stay and would stay here again in the future.

Staff was not friendly at all, almost didn't stay here because of it. Glad I did, had the best nights sleep in months. The room color left a bit to be desired but it was clean. The bed was great. Will definitely stay here again!

After a very mediocre experience, we returned home to find a $25.00 pet fee charged to our bank card. IF we had a pet, we could understand. However, there was no pet there. I called to politely handle this situation as an obvious misunderstanding and was met with hostility and then being called a liar. The "manager" with whom I... More

We previously stayed in this hotel in June of this year. It was nothing special, but it got the job done and it was clean. So, when we decided to come back to Heavener we made a reservation. Tonight we arrived (after a 5 hour drive) and we were told there was no room. We attempted to tell the woman... More

My husband & I stayed here while on a 2 week vacation. We made reservations in advance and our request for a downstairs room was honored. Our room was very clean and appeared to have recently been remodeled and they offer everything you can think of right down to a disposable razor, shaving cream, and toothbrush. Like the mini fridge... More
